Kitty Kicks Butt 32lbs gone forever.

Ended up with chip shop chips for tea. Not ideal but not a huge portion and I worked like a dog this morning, came home exhausted, stiff as a board and soaked in sweat so may have earned those chips. A reasonable day apart from that and got loads done. DD again tomorrow, they do come round awful quick...
 
189 this morning, slightly up on the last post UD weigh in, that'll be the chips! DD today, hungry already, need to stay strong! Another busy day though which should help.
 
How could I have forgotten about cottage cheese?? It's lovely! (On a DD anyway)
Day went well today, hunger left me and I didn't eat until just now when I had chicken with salad and cottage cheese! Really enjoyed it and am feeling quite satisfied now and enough calories left over for a snack later if I want one.
I had a thought about why I have been so hungry the past few DDs. I got my lovely shiny new Tassimo machine and I've been making my coffee in that instead of having one ordinary and one or two decafs in the day. Think the extra caffeine might be making me feel hungry. Had one from the machine this morning and then had my usual decaf later in the day and all is well.
Have decided to make Mon, Wed and Friday my DDs for the next wee while, suits my social engagements for the next week or 2 and I do find a DD on a Friday so much easier than a Saturday so we'll give it a go. A positive day today!
 
Well done on your day honey! Sounds like a good one. Fasting on weekend is a killer. Makes me a right grumpy bum x

Weight in this morning 186.6, disappointing it's going so slowly and yet I really am being so good. Having said that I have found something to blame cos I always like something to blame. I am taking a tablet, hormone thing, to rearrange TOTM so it doesn't come in the middle of my holidays and I made the mistake of reading the side effects last night. "Weight gain" top of the list. That's my excuse anyway because it really is dead slow and stop, 0.4 since Sunday, pretty pathetic.
UD today, need to watch myself but another busy day so should be fine.
 
I'm sure the tablet is to blame honey as you're being so good. UD for me too & I need to try & be good as out tomorrow night which will be a naughty one food wise. Keep at it xx
 
A good UD today I'm pleased to report and I even added some exercise. Haven't done any for ages because of my sore knee but thanks to Rach I did the Leslie Walk twice today! Only the 1 mile one till we see how the knee takes it but I still felt I was doing something. My children thought it was hilarious. Walking online....

187 this morning post UD, bodes well for official weigh in tomorrow, fingers crossed.
DD today but another busy one so should be fine. Will "Leslie Walk" again later perhaps, knee feels fine this morning so that's all good.
 
I seem to have finished the day at 386 calories?? I don't really want any more so I'll not bother.
1 mile Leslie walk done, knee holding up ok.
Blitzed my bedroom today, hauled furniture around the place and scrubbed everything so that must count for some sort of exercise!
Looking forward to my favourite food day of the week tomorrow after official weigh in!!
