**Laura Bella's diary** From SW TO CD wish me luck lol

Im still chuffed with last night
and im still full up from going crazy with food @ the party!
Gonna take it slow today wont write a food diary cos it'll all be spoilt this evening when i hit Nando's...although what harm can chicken b reast rice and corn on the cob do?
Luckily for me after tonight im back on a strict diet until next Monday WI...

Well Karen and I went to class tonight, couldnt stop talking in the car she was soooo excited to join class.!
we had a great night, party games raffles and a fantastic buffet. We all weighed first then tucked in and i must admit i ate like a pig lol.
Class went on for ages tonight but eventually Karen had her lil 121 with the consultant and got all her books. Cos she's breast feeding her 3 month old she got at extra book... we both enjoyed it...maybe i enjoyed it a lil bit more cos I LOST 3LB...GOT MY HALF A STONE STICKER...AND GOT SLIMMER OF THE WEEK...WOOP WOOP

here's to another great week although im off out to Nando's tomorrow so that'll be 2 nights on the trot where i havent stuck to the plan...o well only another week and a bit of Christmas then i'll be a good girl

Hey guys how are you all?
So i lost my 3 lb's this week but the last day i've probably put it all back on! Agggh Christmas...i had a gorgeous chinese last night with a friend followed by a cream cake! I cant believe how silly i was i just couldn't resist!
Today i am back on track i just hope to have not gained next week i will be soooo disappointed! Even if i stay the same i will be over the moon!
So here is today's menu

Wednesday 17th December
Red Day

Breakfast
-Not hungry after yesterday!

Lunch
-Bacon & cheese omelette (42g cheese hexa)
-tomato sauce (0.5 syns)

Dinner
-chilli con carni
-142g baked beans (hexb)

Snacks
-2x alpen light bars (hexb)
-8x fruittella sweets (2.5 syns)

Awww just like to share this with you all...
I was looking to buy a few of the SW recipe books, but with money tight i just couldn't afford it!
A friend recommended the library!
I've just picked up the SW Free Food recipe book and the SW fastfood one...
Guess how much it cost me? 25p each for reserving them, what a bargain!
I know i have to give it back but all im gonna do is go through them find the recipes i like and copy them down... I've a few more on order too @ 25p each i'd really recommend hiring them from the library... i order all my books from the library web site..im sad and like reading...but it's true it saves me a fortune.

So get yourself off to the libraby peeps

hey everyone,
i havent been on for a few days really not been that well.
dont think i've done well at all this week, have only stuck to the plan for one day in the past week.
im not giving up though far from it. I am on the road to recovery ...im gonna try stick to it today, i just have no energy and the last thing i want to be doing is cooking...we'll see still going to wi tomorrow i just hope i havent put on too much...o well here's hoping!

I'm ok thanks still quite poorly, hope i get better in time for xmas.
Havent been on much for last few days been so busy,
thought i would just let everyone know i lost 1lb this week. Im really pleased as i haven't been sticking to the diet, couldnt be bothered to cook or plan so just been eating easy things.

Looking forward to xmas, last day @ work tomorrow till Monday cant wait to have a few lie ins...

I certainly did, although this cold is really getting me down it just doesnt seem to want to shift!
Since my WI on Monday night I've been naughty ever since, i just couldnt help it...
all my good intentions were thrown out the window.

Today im back on SW hoping to be very strict with myself, and so far so good!

Here's my food diary

Saturday 27th December
Red Day

- kelloggs honey and oat bar (hexb)

Lunch
- left over cold turkey
- ryvita mini's (hexb)

Dinner
- bacon, cheese omelette (42 g cheese hexa)
- 3x morrisons eat smart sausages

Snacks
-muller light yoghurt
 
Sunday 28th December
Red Day

Breakfast
-1x alpen light bar (1/2 hex b)

Lunch
-bacon omelette ( 42 g cheese hexa)
-1x alpen light bar (1/2 hexb)

Dinner
-Smokey BBQ meatballs
-jacket spud (hexb)
 
well tonight (saturday) i was meant to have a bacon and sausage omelette...but i had a kebab ...eeeek...
i know i can have one, i can syn it but i really was planning on having very small ammount of syns these next couple of days...
well nevermind cant turn back the clock

after my kebab last night i had a couple of flap jacks...there's boxes of choc's, tubs of flap jacks and everything lying around so im not gonna beat myself up about it cos i could've gone crazy and ate a lot more than i did...
today's a new day lets see how i get on

Right now im annoyed with myself for putting on 3lb this week...
tomorrow i am 100% starting to do the diet properly, its my own faulty although @ least i never put on 12lb like sum bloke in class.
My friend karen put on 1lb so we're both hoping for a loss next week fingers crossed!

Aww sweet dont worry about the gain its to be expected over the christmas period. You will have that gone again in no time.xx

thank you, im starting a fresh today but its soooo difficult getting back on track and staying focused.
Im going food shopping later i need to re-stock on the good food, not sure what im going to have to eat today will do my meal plan as and when i know.
Most people @ class gained between 2-4 lb's last night... i think it was a case of way to much drink and food that made this certain person gain... i drink but not that much so food is really my main problem!
