- mixed grill- chicken, sausage, steak
- mushrooms
- fried egg - tomato sauce (1 syn)

Snacks

How are you?
I've done ok today just had my spag bol which was delicious...
I really needed something warm after a freezing cold day at work.

I am going onto CD once i have reached 15 stone.
I want to lose 3 stone on SW and learn how to eat properly so that once i come off of CD i wont reach for all the bad stuff.
I know it might seem silly but you hear a lot of people pile the pounds back on and i really dont wanna be one of them!
I've been overweight since I was 16/17, i am 25 now and really am determined more than ever. I have a lot to shift and cant afford for it to take a couple or 3 years, I want to start to live out the rest of my 20's and be happy with the way i look. Thats why i've made the decision to go onto the CD after SW.

hey my lil diary,
how r u today...
i got weighed last night and lost 2.5lb, thats the majority of my 3lb Xmas gain off!!
I went to my new class which was really nice a smaller group very interesting...i won slimmer of the week and Karen wont the raffle over all a wicked night...
After wards i had a treat a chocolate brownie cheesecake from tesco...
Dont think it agreed with me as i was up during the night with a bad tummy!
Hey ho wont be having that again anytime soon lol...
Onwards and upwards, trying to stick to the plan bang on today wish me luck

Thank you ladies, i've slightly changed my mind on extra easy...
I've decided to give it ago over the next couple of days starting from today see how it go's although i feel like im being naughty when im eating carbs & protein together

yumi gt sum of them aldi bio wholegrain yogs they're lush 100% nicer than mullerlights really filling i love the wholegrain bits in them!
Bit annoyed tho cos i read on here they're 29p each but they're now 45p bit on the steep front, but i guess its good to find something you like and 1 a day wont break the bank...
havent wrote my diary for today so here go's ...

aww im really bloated today and feel so fat it's really frustrating...
im going to try and drink sum water see if it helps it's a right pain i feel so uncomfortable and just want a good old p**

I am seriously getting addcited to these aldi bio wholegrain yoghurts... i've just been and brought 12 more this morning lol
 
ooh will have to try those sound really nice are they similar to the ones you get in aldi as I know they have some off the same items
