Continuing the cabbage theme... I've got some red cabbage with Mayo (like a rudimentary coleslaw) and chicken chunks for lunch today I'm looking forward to it already... On the downside though... I've gained three pounds in the transition from exante to Atkins... I'm sure it will dissapear over the week though.

Thanks Katie... I have a renewed amazement at Atkins again which I had lost a bit by becoming complacent. Gonna try new foods that I previously thought I didn't like such as celery coz I think my tastebuds have really changed over the years.
 
That is so exciting to hear you trying new things, Laura - I think you have really hit the nail on the head in terms of succeeding on this WOE. Don't be complacent and try new stuff out! :D

And the scales were showing a half pound loss from the 3pm I gained in the transition so I'm thinking that seeing the 10 stones may not be as far fetched before holiday (23 days) as I may have thought. Thanks for all the encouragement tho guys I really need it from now till Xmas... I WILL get into that wedding dress!!
 
Oooohh I love black pudding!! I wish I could have it on Atkins. I used to hate it and haggis as well but I love them both now.
 
How many grams in a slice tho?

I must admit that adding 10g a day to 30 has opened up so much choice....that i dont actually know what to do with it! Agree i am dreaming of having anything we like too - we'll get there - keep going:D
 
I reckon I will stay on induction just until I get a handle on Atkins and until I'm ready and so I know i won't just use OWL as a free for all.
