Laura's Summer Slimming!

Well ladies, I somewhat fell off the wagon on Saturday......went to my friends house in the afternoon and we ended up ordering in Pizza Hut (for the kids originally but then we got food for us too as we were hungry!) and well.....it was bloody lovely but I cannot even imagine the syns!!! Was stuffed crust pizza too.....eeeeeeeeeek!!

Needless to say I will just have to face the music tonight at my weigh in, my home scales said 11st 5lb this morning but will prob be a bit more later in the day! We shall see, it's not like I am not expecting it, just really need to work hard to get it down again!!!

I have 19lbs to lose to get to my target if 11st 5lb is correct tonight - and it's about 10 weeks until we go away with friends for a break so fingers crossed!! Probably be pushing it to lose it all for then (you know me and my slower losses!) but I shall try my best to lose as much as I can.

Only problem is it's my birthday on Saturday (the big 3-0 too!!) so god knows what havoc that will wreak on the weight loss too.......!!!
 
Mmmm stuffed crust pizza! Fingers crossed for WI my lovely.

I'm sure you make make a good dent in that 11lbs in that time. Best not to put too much pressure on yourself, but just moving in the right direction is fab. You're doing so well :) xx
 
Another big 3-0 birthday!! What are you doing to celebrate??

How did you get on at weigh-in? Am sure one night off plan won't have done toooo much damage xx
 
Well I am not feeling too great today, class weigh in was 11st 7lbs.

Sigh.

Now I kind of knew it would be but still, meh. Made me sad weighing in on the website and also updating my stats on here!!

Thing is, mother nature called today (and I could feel it on the way) so I think there is some bloating going on there too and the effects of that pizza lol.

I have done no exercise since I got back my holiday though either (not had a minute to myself tbh) and so I need to do that too of course - have my gym induction tomorrow night 5.30 right after work!

But food wise I am struggling a bit, I can't find the motivation - last night I was sooooo tired hence having to change to an EE day cos the only thing I could find to eat with minimum effort was beans on toast!

I need a kick up the bum and some meal ideas.

Wish I was at home in my bed though, today sucks!

Breakfast - Mango, strawberries & coconut mullerlight

Lunch - 3 Ryvita, garlic & herb philly (HexA), spinach, sugarsnap peas and tomatoes

Dinner - a sweet chilli noodle ready meal. (7.5)

Snacks - cherries, custard pot (6.5 - big oops!)


HExA - 1) 250ml SS milk 2) 50g philly light (hexa allowance is 75g so might have more later or just make it up with milk)

HExB - 1) 3 black pepper ryvita 2) 2 hifi light bars


Syns = custard (6.5), ready meal (7.5)

Total syns = 14

Aww mean scales and mother nature! Sounds like life is super hectic at the mo, so don't give yourself too much of a hard time. Lunch today sounds yum - I love sugar snaps!

And well done on getting back to the gym. You're a better woman than me!! xx

Thanks. I love sugar snaps too when they are in season like this!!

It is hectic, blooming school holidays! ;-) I shall get there though! Gym induction tonight......eeeeeeeeek!
 
As you can see last night again was a disaster, I decided not to go out with work because when I walked into the house and saw the tip of the place I was in no mood to go back out really!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr.

Anyway I was all out of energy and motivation too after trying to get the house back in some sort of order, that I found a low cal sweet chilli chicken ready meal thing in the freezer which I had. 7.5 syns though, no way worth that but never mind! After it though I then had custard and 2 hifi light bars cos I was still hungry!! I was still within my syns but a waste of them IYKWIM. Never mind. Today is a new day!!

Lunch - need to pop out for something, not sure what, maybe something fishy....?!

Dinner - chilli con carne (made with turkey mince) and cauliflower rice

Here I am shuffling back in....ahem.

Just not had a minute but wanted to quickly update, I dragged myself to class last night after missing the week before and had lost 3.5lbs which was nice! Didn't stay to class though, I had a pounding headache and just wanted home for dinner & bed.

So am 11st 3.5lbs, my next mini target is to lose the 4lbs which will take me down to the 10's properly, and then onwards and downwards from there to my proper target!!! I think when I hit 10 stone I will probably revise my target down to 9st 7lbs though, but time shall tell.

Have had some stress lately and therefore just not been fully focused with meal planning and stuff too, but am going to try hard to kick myself up the bum and get moving this week!

Lunch - tuna nicoise salad (dressing - 2 syns?)

Dinner - marinated salmon, brocolli, courgettes & new potatoes


HExA - 1) 250ml SS milk
HExB - 1)


Syns = 3 mallow biscuits (15 !!!), dressing (2), 2 milk tray caramel chocs (??), small slice of pizza....god knows!!

Total syns = Dunno!! :-/
