Well yesterday went a bit downhill, I defo had too many syns! Oops.

Today isn't a whole lot better tbh, I am just not organised with meals and need to pull my socks up or I'll be looking at a gain next week!!! Can't get to the gym tonight either as OH is nightshift which is annoying. Will try to go tomorrow at some point.

Need to get my head back in the game!!

Breakfast - mullerlight, 35g oats and fresh peaches

Lunch - coronation chicken salad (5), eat natural bar (8 - eeek!)

Dinner - chicken breast, asparagus, not sure what else....


HExA - 1) 250ml SS milk 2)
HExB - 1) 35g oats 2)


Syns = Eat natural bar (8) boots salad (5) - that's what happens when I don't make my lunch for work!!

Hello lovely, how are you getting on? I've had a bit of a wobble recently too - a bit too much socialising and a bit too much stress have just thrown me totally off plan! Hope you've managed to get back in your rythym again! xx

Hey thanks for checking in babe, I am alright! Had an awful SW week last week (a few meals on plan, many were not - just through lack of being organised more than anything else really) but then yesterday was my sons 7th birthday and so the weekend was full of cake, pizza hut, ice cream, cinema trip....you get the drift?!

Not good.

I stupidly got on the scales this morning but know some of it will be bloat from eating pizza last night so am not taking it as a true weight just now....I will check it again on wednesday I think...

I have booked tonight as a holiday from my class, I only have a little while after work of free time, so I really want to go straight to the gym and get a good workout there! I figured if I booked tonight as a holiday then it gives me a week to get myself straight again without having to pay as I was wobbling off the wagon too much! I will go to class next week and will stay for the meeting though as that always helps too!

I need to re-read my diary through, do a meal plan, start using my app properly for syn checking & recording foods all the time again. And making sure I update here too - kids are back to school/nursery tomorrow so will get back some sort of routine!!

Must also drink more water.

So lets go for it this week for a great loss I hope - defo red days all week for me too!
 
Aw I was the same as you last week, didn't want to go to class as really didn't want to see the number on the scales officially!! Went back last night and had lost 0.5lbs over the 2 weeks though, so although not a great loss at least not in the wrong direction entirely ;) How have you been getting on getting back into it? I'm really determined this week, I am getting back down to my lowest if it kills me!! :D xx

Yeah my week is fine, pretty much on plan but I have come out in some really weird sore tender rash (blotches!) and my muscles hurt soooo much. Am swithering just now about calling the Dr to ask, cos this is the 3rd day. Having to take ibuprofen, my whole skin hurts.

No other symptoms though like a sore throat or anything. Very very odd. I thought at first it was bites but there are more of them this morning. Bodies are strange things!!

Been so rubbish updating here though, argh!! Work has been busy and at home have just had so much going on as the schools etc all went back here this week! x

^^^^ That is my rough plan for today, it may change depending how I am feeling later as not feeling great today - have a weird rash that appeared 3 days ago and the lumps are very tender and my whole skin hurts & my muscles. Have a headache too.

I am thinking just a virus or something but not sure if I should get it checked out or not! Be glad for 2.30 today when I finish work! x
 
Oh bless you poor thing, that definitely sounds worth getting checked out - might just be something you need some strong antibiotics or antihistamines to help it clear up xx
 
Hi ladies....I am back.

So I was poorly and totally lost my way, got rather a fright when I went to the Dr's about the thing I mentioned above, only to be sent over to the hospital for a chest xray and all sorts - scary time :-(

It was a condition called Erythema Nodosum (and no I had never heard of it either!!) which is some sort of immune response thing and yeah it was really pretty damn sore. They had to rule out the causes of it though and if you google it you will see why I was freaking RIGHT out. Thankfully after a couple of weeks of horrible waiting all the results came back clear except for raised inflammation markers (which were expected to be high, I was in pain!). Phew.

Needless to say everything else took a bit of a back seat, and while I wasn't awful all of the time I have certainly indulged in some treats over the past 7 weeks or so! Takeaways, convenience meals, not always following 1/3 superfree etc. I wasn't allowed (and still am not yet) to exercise either so haven't set foot in the gym or been out a run for ages either which is rubbish.

I knew I would have gained but could feel myself slipping further so put on my big girl pants last night and faced my class again!!!

Gain was 3.5lbs which was better than I expected so let's get back on this right!?!

Hey welcome back missy! Sounds like you've had a horrible time of it, glad to hear you're back on the mend though :) And big well done for getting back to group and only putting on 3.5lbs in all that time, you've done so well! Downhill til xmas now :D xx
 
Hello again guys, sorry been rubbish again, found the last couple of weeks hard to stay on track at times - I did for about 70% of meals but lets not talk about the other 30%!! Lol. Was alcohol related some of it too....blooming wine!

Anyway I dragged myself to class this week and did somehow manage a tiny 0.5lb loss (which was what I gained the week before lol) so I really need to get my butt back in gear tbh and focus properly, get a decent loss to get things rolling!

This week has been fine so far, will put my menus below in a minute, but we are away Fri-Mon this week with friends too (kind of late 30th celebrations for us all!!) so goodness knows what that damage will be.......am going to try to stick to the breakfast and lunch as SW friendly and try for dinner to be too when I can, but it's all the nibbly things, nuts, crisps, dips that always get to me, especially if having a drink too....argh!! Hopefully some walking and stuff too will help combat any gain...!?

Dragged my butt back to group on Monday after missing last week (we only got back from a long weekend away quite late on Monday!) and I somehow had managed to STS despite lots of yummy food and drinks on our weekend away which kind of continued afterwards too!

Goodness knows how but there we go.

Really need to try to get a loss next week!!! Will add some pics of yesterdays food in a mo.
