We ended up eating lunch out yesterday at one of our favourite places a vegetarian/vegan Indian cafe and I can eat the whole menu !

Party was lovely but I had to come home early as I felt terrible sore throat bad ears etc and woke up this way this morning so looks like I've picked up a bug

No it went quite solid more spongy like a baked egg oaty thing

I think it is personal choice and taste if you like it or not but we both did

We used tesco value oats so it was that expensive and worth a go

We only have organic jumbo oats...no matter if I like it though.

Yes I usually have those in the freezer too.

And I used some Mornflake superfast oats from Home Bargains, and as jaffa said, frozen fruit.

I don't eat oats for breakfast because I don't do sloppy stuff and can't stand hot milk etc. Joseph likes oats as unrefined as possible so gets the jumbo ones. Have to say he doesn't cook them though...just adds his fruit & nuts and cold almond milk.

I tend to use water and a splash of milk but I use the sachets. The value oats are for oat biscuits and my husband uses them to bulk out his porridge sachet
