Yes didn't feel much like anything due to my sore throat

Dropped my car off for its service and mot and I'm back in bed for a while as I still feel horrid

Scales down slightly but still up a lot from last week

Poor you at least you could don't have to work today. Hope your car does well in it's MOT... ours goes in at 4. 30. Bit of an unknown quantity with a 10yr old car

Just got up and nope it failed and needs new coils and other bits
Coils alone are £276 but that was an instant mot failure.
My car is 7 years old and my husbands car is a classic as its either 15 or 16 years old !!

Now to decide on food today

Ugh...MOT's eh!! It's all pay pay! We're taking ours direct to an MOT centre hoping it's a fair assessment. Last year we were rooked good and proper by a garage we thought we could trust! £450...if we were faced with that again it would have to be parked up in the garage for the foreseeable future.

And you only just had that one when you were away on holiday... My sw friend has finally gone to the doctors, she's had one for about 3 weeks and been left with the sinus problem. Are you able to sleep alright?

I have a lowered immune system due to my medication so I can swing from cold to cold unfortunately

I hope I can sleep tonight as work tomorrow

Well I didn't sleep well and despite taking cold and flu medication since Saturday I'm still fully bunged up

Can't tell if scales are up or down and I've got to drag myself into work uuurgh

I really cannot believe how bunged up I am considering I have been dosing myself for a few days

As usual undecided about weigh in as I really couldn't cope with a gain

They sent me home early from class as I look and sound terrible
Voice has virtually gone now !

Did weigh and I've lost 1lb but I swear my scales said the same as last week when I had the maintain

We haven't even got the new equipment yet

I was meant to be shown it tonight but obviously got sent home

My nose and eyes are streaming and my face is red raw from nose blowing

Sounds like a real head cold...which usually takes it course. 7 days if you treat it, 7 days if you leave it alone...as the saying goes.
