Was on the phone to my friend last night and went to bed shortly after

Off today and see my friends daughter in a production of Little Shop of Horrors later with my mum.

Its a university production but they got sponsered so there was a decent budget for props etc

Having lunch out first then the show as we're going to the matinee

Unfortunately it doesn't look like I can drop the sample off at the hospital which is a shame as I really wanted to get that done today but mother nature ain't obliging

Just at the hospital with my mum as we had time between lunch and the theatre for me to 'sit' for a while at the hospital and hopefully get the sample

Successful day now off home and then need to decide what's for dinner as I ate light at lunch time

Had pasta bake for dinner but snacked on and off since I've been home so can't really remember my food today.

I had aubergine for lunch with rice

Unfortunately not anymore I spoke to a nurse at the specialist clinic and I have to go on a very limited diet till Monday to see if it eases the pain so I won't be posting food diaries for a few days as its not sw friendly

No fruit veg nuts or fibre

Just white bread white rice white pasta white fish etc

Its very restrictive

Oh dear...that doesn't sound much fun, rather like the BRAT diet except for the fish, but they have bananas etc...hope it helps.

Its a low fat low fibre diet

I'm already struggling and I've not eaten anything yet !

Well if you get some low fat spread you could have toast? Will take some planning I guess.

Oh dear, that really doesn't sound remotely like the food you normally eat Jaffa, but if it does the trick, then it will be worth it, won't it?
