Life begins at 40, maintaining with SW for Life -Green days & some EE/Red photos inc

Yes if it stops the pain it will be worth it and no ginlin its so far the opposite of my normal diet its ridiculous

Breakfast I can have rice crispies with almond milk

Lunch white bread sandwich with tuna

Dinner egg 'fried' white rice - literally just eggs and rice dry fried together

I can snack on rich tea biscuits and rice cakes I think

I don't have a proper diet sheet so I'm relying on google

No unfortunately
last time it happened I put on as no fibre which means digestive system is deliberately slowed down so less toilet visits.

Looks like Valentine extravaganza for me will be white pasta and white rice !

I really really hope this helps rule things out as if its not gastro then its back to gynae again

Yes my husband is 'supporting' me today by having a huge bowl of rice crispies (he would live off cereal if he could) followed by a white bread bacon butty !!

Scales obviously are not my friend at the moment

No reduction in pain in fact I got terrible pains after eating the rich tea biscuits last night

Us too unfortunately

My husband didn't even get a 12 month warranty on me as within the first 12 months of marriage I had had 2 operations

The refined carbs is meant to slow down the digestive system to reduce the inflammation

But I suppose it takes a few days. If it works or if it is that causing problems

Yes I know life is tough and health can be fragile!

Ain't that the truth

I wasn't even ill when I married him and was probably at my healthiest as 6 weeks after our wedding I did a 5k race for life.

It went quite quickly downhill after that

We cancelled going out to the cinema this morning - we go most Saturday's with our friend as we all have cineworld cards but I just wasn't up to it

Instead we just walked to Tesco came home watched tv and I had a little nap this afternoon

My husband is now making me mash and baked white fish for dinner
