Well, after 2 bad weeks (and getting away with it last week), weighed in this morning (a day late) and have gained 4lbs. back on the wagon now, and determined to win. I have decided this week will be a green week. Bought myself 2 dresses yesterday (eek). 1 fits me (but will look better when I've lost a bit more weight), the other one could do up, but will strain the zip. so now, my challenge, is to fit into them comfortably by the time I go on holiday on 24th June. Also got a pedometer (from one of my kids happy meals
), and am going to set myself a 7,000 steps a day challenge for this week.
Food plan:
Breakfast: shreddies (HEB), milk (HEA)
Snack: 2 alpen lights (HEB)
Lunch: pasta 'n' sauce (free), lots of fresh fruit - banana, grapes, apple, orange, pineapple (SF), low fat yoghurt (1.5 syns)
Dinner: baked potato (free), vegetable chilli (free with SF), cheese (HEA)
Indulgance: Jive (Aldi 2 finger Twix) (12 syns)
