Lil miss chatterbox's food diary

Thanks! i hope so too, but need to be far more organised than i have been this year! been on plan this week, but still struggling to fit exercise in with trying to get all these assignments finished (and struggling to get caught up on mini's too) . but once they're done there'll be no stopping me! just got to remember to take it easy and not do too much all at once, otherwise i'll crash & burn!

I so need to plan my meals better too. i know what the kids are having for dinner tonight and what my OH is having, but don't know about me yet! i'm trying to use up odds & ends from the freezer, and there's just not enough of any 1 thing for us all to have the same. might make SW quiche, using quark, then that'll be lunch & dinner sorted, penty of SF & my HE's and I'll be there. need to stop waffling now!
 
don't know what's going on today. kids r off school for an inset day, and we're all up and dressed etc. by 8am!:eek: although i am a bit fed up of watching kids tv!

food plan: breakfast: 2 weetabix (HEB), milk (HEA) banana, apple

lunch: cous cous (free)

dinner: baked potato (free), spaghetti (free), mixed berries & fruit salad

snack: bread roll (HEB), cheese (HEA), flapjack (7.5 syns)
 
So sleepy today. bin up half the night cos my son has caught a bug :( so don't get to make the most of the glorious sunshine :( not sure how WI will go tomorrow, but i'm hoping for a loss. got 2 assignments sent off, so 1 more to go (needs to be posted in 2 weeks) then freedom & exercise! am planning to get out walking again once assignment is done. and need to get back to zumba.
 
Well i weighed in on Sunday morning, and got 1lb off! :woohoo: then spent all of sunday night up & down to the bathroom with a bug, and felt really rotten yesterday. i feel better in myself today, but can't seem to keep any food in me. on the bright side, it should be a good loss next week! i was going to go for a walk today, but would feel much safer having a bathroom near by, so might try a bit of wii fit, but i certainly won't be overdoing it! there really is no point in me having a food plan for today, but i'll try some soup later, and see if that settles.
 
Well done on the loss sorry to hear about the bug - hope you're better soon. I'd really think twice about the exercise when you're not well though as it could make you feel awful.

I'm beginning to wonder if my food free week might have messed up my metabolism cos after just soup and a roll yesterday my clothes are getting tighter today. Hope you get the same fate.

i've managed to have my soup for lunch, and just had some weetabix & some grapes :fingerscrossed: they stay down! i haven't done any BM, which i suppose i shouldn't really when not well, but have been trying to get the house back to 'normal' after doing precisely nothing yesterday!

Glad you're holding on to your food. Also glad you decided not to exercise actively as you'd probably keel over. :D
 
Definately better today, and my apetite is back with a vengance! so far i've had 2 weetabix (HEB), frosties (5 syns), milk (HEA), 3 cereal bars (HEB & 8 syns) and a banana (SF). It is definately a green day!
Lunch will be: cous cous (free) & salad (SF), apple (SF), orange (SF)
Dinner: pasta 'n' sauce (free one, not sure which flavour yet though), mixed berries (SF) & fruit salad (SF)

Bug definately gone :D but my legs are so achy, even though i haven't done anything strenuous :s so so tired. think it's that friday feeling - up at 5.30am every friday morning cos of my OHs early start. no wonder i sleep in at weekends!:giggle:

Lunch: mediterranean couscous (free), red & green pepper (SF), banana (SF)

Thanks for popping by PP. I'm ok, just been super busy lol. bought some hiking boots at the weekend :D and had a good 2 mile walk (with some pretty steep hills), but definately need some longer socks, and my ankles got sore with them rubbing. spent all weekend at mum-in-laws, then yesterday had a healthy cookery course, and just have loads to do around the house. want to get back out walking soon, so need to knuckle down, and get my last assignment finished, as it needs posting on Saturday. i reckon 2 days of hard work, and it'll be done.
Weighed in Monday, as wasn't around on Sunday, and lost 1lb. sure does seem to be coming off slow atm, but hopefully once i start walking more, it'll come off a little quicker. i actually felt lighter yesterday for the first time, and seemed to have a bit of a spring in my step when walking about town, and other people are noticing i've lost weight, so maybe i'm doing something right :D
had some bad news this morning tho. one of my assignments i've done won't count as some people from the course apparently posted answers online, so therefore nobody gets any marks, and that assignment was worth 10%! :flamingmad:

Those people caught (around 100) are receiving disciplinary action, and most likely won't have any of the module count. just a bugger for the rest of us. :( good luck for your 100% week, and for WI tonight
