Feeling much better today. don't think I'll make the same mistake twice (i hope). got loads of wallpaper up, and after 8 hours work I've had enough! Weighed in this morning and had lost 3lbs!
So far today i have eaten:
Breakfast: 2 weetabix (HEx B), milk (HEx A), banana, grapes, orange, 1/4 pineapple, blueberries (SF)
Lunch: tomato and herb pasta 'n' sauce (free), strawberries & apple (SF)
Dinner: 3 ryvita (4.5 syns), quark (free), apple (SF), cheese, ham and leek pasta 'n' sauce, made up with just water (0.5 syns), lean ham (free). i was going to have a yoghurt, but my ever so kind family members didn't save me any!
Supper: blueberries & strawberries (SF)
Todays syns: 5
