Lil miss chatterbox's food diary

Feeling much better today. don't think I'll make the same mistake twice (i hope). got loads of wallpaper up, and after 8 hours work I've had enough! Weighed in this morning and had lost 3lbs!:D
So far today i have eaten:
Breakfast: 2 weetabix (HEx B), milk (HEx A), banana, grapes, orange, 1/4 pineapple, blueberries (SF)

Lunch: tomato and herb pasta 'n' sauce (free), strawberries & apple (SF)

Dinner: 3 ryvita (4.5 syns), quark (free), apple (SF), cheese, ham and leek pasta 'n' sauce, made up with just water (0.5 syns), lean ham (free). i was going to have a yoghurt, but my ever so kind family members didn't save me any!

Supper: blueberries & strawberries (SF)

Todays syns: 5

Feeling good today. got loads to do. only in til 12, so will see how much tidying up i can do to make my house look more like a home again, then got to take my son to speech therapy, before coming home and helping with homework, then cook dinner, then finish the wallpapering (i hope). only 1/4 of the room to go now, so I'm hoping it will be finished, then maybe i'll be able to get out my wii fit again! although what is done looks fab. very old fashioned design though, lol.

Anyway, food plan for today:

Breakfast: mixed berries, banana (SF), low fat natural yoghurt (0.5 syns)
Snack: 2 weetabix (HEx B) with milk (HEx A)
Lunch: savoury rice (2 syns), 1/4 pineapple, apple & orange (SF)
Dinner: Boiled gammon (from joint, fat removed), (free), potatoes & parsnips (free), carrots, broccoli & cabbage (SF)
Supper: english muffin (9 syns), butter (2 syns)

Todays syns: 13.5
 
Hurray! Wallpapering finished! Next job is to sort my bedroom ready for my new bed arriving tomorrow!:D (will be so nice not to have to sleep on the floor again, lol)

Snack: 1/4 pineapple, orange & apple (SF)

another busy day. bed has arrived!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D
today's food started off swimmingly well, then i was given scones...so let's see the damage lol.

Breakfast: museli (HEx B), milk (HEx A), fresh fruit salad (SF), mixed berries (SF)

Snack: banana (SF)

Lunch: homemade chicken korma & rice (5.5 syns), 2 cheese scones 12 syns), 1 fruit scone (5 syns), apple (SF) & orange (SF)

so far that's 22.5 syns!! :eek:

Dinner: beef bourijoun (7 syns) & rice (free)

Today's syns: 29.5 :( oh dear
 
definately not going to do this every day. only 3 scones left so that's 1 for each of the kids after school snacks & 1 for my OH :) need to get up and do some work soon - will burn more calories than being on the computer lol ;)
 
Well it was a rather delicious off plan day yesterday. mmmmmmmmm pizza! unfortunately that worked out at 46 syns :eek:
but new day, let's start again for the umpteenth time :rolleyes:

Today's syns: 1.5
 
Morning lovely, off plan days are fine as long as you get back on plan they can't usually do too much damage, but you do have to stick to plan now, no more diversions.

been having a proper sort out of stuff today. amazing what you can find. problem was i started in the kids room at 9.30am, and nearly 5 hours later I'm still working on it! need their room done in the next hour before they get home!
 
That did make me laugh, I remember it so well, hopefully you'll get them to where my Kirsty is and always has been since she was a teenager, she is about the only teen who ever had her room clean and tidy (that I know of) she can't stand mess and Mark her other half is the opposite, she drags him upstairs to clean their room and sort it out at least every 2 or 3 days, I laugh my head off cos his face is a picture of "Oh No Not Again" hahaha, love it ...their room will be worth it when you're done hunni and think all that bending and stretching is all more body magic :giggle: have fun :hug99: xxxxx
 
Just got their room done on time! i couldn't believe the mess under the beds! and theyd stolen my colouring pencils and paper too! day of peace and quiet today. My OH has taken the 2 little monsters out for the day so I can catch up on my studying. Got a maths assignment due in on the 25th, so will need to get cracking shortly.
Foodwise, I haven't really thought yet, but OH said he would cook tonight :bliss: and he knows my rules of cooking (no oil, only frylight & cut all fat off the meat & don't use butter!)
For breaskfast I had branflakes (HEx B), milk (HEx A), raisins (4.5 syns)
Lunch I think will be: mixed berries (SF), fruit salad (SF), pear (SF), baked potato (free), and 30g cheese with chillies (6 syns)
so that's 10.5 syns. I'm sure dinner can be less than 4.5 syns, so hopefully plain sailing, then WI tomorrow, and see any damages (hopefully will have been limited tho)

off to dentist this morning, followed by rather a lot of studying. i thought my assignment was due in on the 25th, so I cold get it posted on the 23rd, but No, it's due on the 21st! and I need to get it posted this Saturday, cos I can't get to a post office next Monday!I haven't even had time 2 sort out a menu plan for today yet!
