Lil miss chatterbox's food diary

What a carp week! need to post assignment 2moro, but not convinced I can meet deadline. had my daughter off school since Tues with a sickness bug (she's gone back 2day) which is why my assignment's not done! staying at mother-in-laws 2night so my OH can bake cupcakes for school coffee morning 2moro, then I get to drop them off, but can't stay cos I've got a Women's International Day event. and I've been snacking on things I shouldn't have all week such as cheese!! Also I got myself some new digital scales, only to discover they say I'm 6lbs heavier than my other scales say I am, which presumably means I was 6lbs heavier at my start weight than I thought? Going to have to update my data. :( Rant over

2lbs on this week. 2 b expected really, as not been following plan properly all week with other things on. have bought zumba fitness for the wii. was exhausted yesterday after doing beginners 20 minutes, but it was good fun. my son's now ill and my assignment's not quite finished. hope to finish 2day, so i can get my mum-in-law to post it 2moro, then i might not feel so stressed
 
got 2 mother's day pressies from my little ones. 1. a mug which read "i love my mummy" and 2. a purple bell which reads "ring for peace and quiet". used the mug already, but can't w8 to try the bell to see if i will be granted my peace and quiet!

Good to see you're a little less stressed, sorry wasn't around sounded manic, but I am sjure your assignment will be great.

Assignment finished at 3.15pm and posted! :D (talk about cutting it fine to meet school bus). although only my daughter was on the bus, as my son had been left behind for some reason. That's the third time since he started there last June. He's only 6! surely someone needs to get their ar$e in gear!! :flamingmad:

Meeting 2nite, so no time for my zumba :(. should be back on plan 2moro!! no more excuses!
 
The school janitor apparently said everyone was there (which obviously was wrong). there is a register the bus has but they only seem to check it on the first day of the school year, along with the bus passes. never been checked since!

Back on the plan today:

Breakfast: 2 weetabix (HEx B), milk (HEx A)
Snack: banana & apple (SF)
Lunch: tomato & herb pasta 'n' sauce (free), orange & pear (SF)
Dinner: 2 beef lorne sausages (10 syns), boiled potatoes (free), broccoli & green beans (SF)

Body magic: loads of housework & beginner zumba on the wii
 
Hey hun, Omg I hope you tore the school and everyone associated, off a big strip, how disgusting, poor little mite and how scary for you too I would be :flamingmad: too. I can't get over that, especially with the way things are these days, thank god nothing untoward happened to him :hug99:

Oooooh Zumba haven't done that for a few weeks will have to give it another go, but am really enjoying Just Dance 3 at the mo, really making me sweat buckets and it's fun at the same time lol

stiff legs today! must be the zumba. I've managed to rip my left thumb nail in half whilst washing up yesterday. Don't know quite how it happened, cos I wasn't aware of it catchibg, just that it was suddenly very sore. My OH said maybe it was cos I had my nails done on Saturday, using some very good nail polish, and maybe that weakened my nails?

Anyway: today's food:

Breakfast: banana (SF)

Snack: (taster session): 1/2 muffin pizza (5 syns)

Lunch: ryvitas (HEx B), cheese (HEx A), apple (SF), orange (SF), pear (SF), milk (6 syns)

Dinner: Tomato 'n' herb pasta 'n' sauce (free), green beans (SF)

Syns: 11

Body magic: zumba on the wii (20 mins)
 
Today's food plan:

Lunch: pasta with veg and ham (free & SF), banana, apple & orange (SF)
Dinner: Baked potato (free) & tinned spaghetti (free), mixed veg (SF)

Exercise: wii fit 30 mins
 
busy day. had to catch a butterfly in my house to be able to release it. that took a while lol. got some decluttering done, but still lots more to go. tackled the ironing mountain, and caught up with lots of little jobs. in panic mode cos of house inspection next weds! :eek: at mo am sitting down wondering y I'm hungry. just remembered, I haven't had my tea yet! off to cook!
