Sorry gang Mia again being honest my heads just not been in it this week !! I know it's too late to salvage a loss now but will aim. To get whatever I gain tomorrow or next week so today back on plan and back up planning and thinking and no more stressing & worrying !!

Snack bowl off chicken soup left over from Sunday's tea !!

Tea lasagne homemade that my lovely hubby made for me and synned out and portioned out 2 syns a portion

Snacks i have fruit cereal bars & the soup might swap and change meals depending on how much time I have in work & what I fancy I'm in work today 11-10pm !! So long day as I leave at 9 am to commute and get home at 12 midnight !!

Afternoon lovely! Your meals are osunding lovely today! :) We all have times when our heads aren't in it. At least you've recognised that and you're back on track now. We're all human, so don't beat yourself up over it!

Wow, you do some long shifts!! You must be exhausted by the end of them...fair play to you for being on plan as much as you are! :)

Yeah it's a lot off organising for my days in work am back in tomorrow so today will be spent sorting out tomorrow's 2 meals !!

So another 12 hour day in work today leaving at 9am to get to work for 11 will be home at midnight !!

Snacks fruit also need to get some extra superfree for the lasagne it does have lots of it in the lasagne but trying to be extra good this week!!

Just had a mini binge !! Boredom set in again !! Can't wait for the hubby to finish his lates tonight as he's off then for a week and he's good at keeping me on the straight and narrow am gonna write it down and work out syns tomorrow

Bank holiday over and done with time to get back on the wagon and stop making excuses now only 3 weigh ins till my holidays and I'm missing 2 weigh ins as I'm
On a mini break to London with my hubby then the week after we are at center parcs for a week !!
Have a poorly sick little girl today so doubt we will be going anywhere yesterday made a lovely lentil & veg soup & today am making a beef stew for tea !! Mmmm yummy x
