Lunch was Supernoodles followed by a peach and nectarine & raspberries

Tea was jacket spud salad & chilli & lime chicken kebabs from Iceland first time ice had them they were scrummy& syn free !!!

Monday !!!

Breaky

Beans and 3 slices bacon on 2 slices 400g toast
Marg (1 syn)

Lunch not sure maybe soup or salad or Supernoodles see what I fancy !!

Dinner am thinking curry but need to see whwt meat I have in the freezer

Snacks fruit hoping for under 10 syns for the day

After my mega blow out Thursday & Friday I am pleased I stuck to it so well sat & Sunday I ate so much superfree yesterday it was ridiculous !!

As off yesterday I had used 62.5 syns and weigh day is wed normally don't have any syns on weigh day just lots off fruit and salad !!
 
So I walked into town this morning about 2 miles I think !!
Had a banana then took my little girl supermarket shopping she wanted fruit and we were running low she eats more fruit than me !! This morning for breakfast she asked for strawberries & red & green grapes !!!

Then I had an apple & diet coke

Lunch I had 2 sausages bgty (1 syn )
Smash I was being lazy
Onion mushroom gravy (2)carrots & broccolli
It was quite a big lunch but I was hungry and really enjoyed it !!!

Tea is gonns be joes burgers syn free no bun will have a flat mushroom as my bun with a cheese slice (2 syns)
& Wedges gonna try out the new BBQ fry light and will do either salad or fried mushrooms aswell then some ketchup or BBQ sauce (2 syns)
 
Both lunch and dinner sound really yummy today!

That's good that your daughter is a fruit addict- I really need to make sure I'm getting at least 5 a day too.

I hope weigh-in goes well on Wed, you've done really well to stick to only a few syns for the past few days!

Hi hun !!!

Oh thanks I treated myself to a bread roll with my tea so thats pushed my syns up to 18.5 today !!!

Still have 14.5 left to use but might try and go minimal & lots off superfree now till weigh in !!!

Really really want a loss this week after last weeks gain !!!
 
Had an activia yoghurt before bed so was over syns but not too bad !!

Tuesday

Breaky weetabix & semi skim milk (hea&heb)

Fruit strawberries raspberries & nectarine

Lunch am off to Chester zoo so lunch out will try and pick something good there is a pasta & salad place there just got to avoid the pizzas burger bar & fish & chips :0

Dinner have got meatballs out so meatballs & linguine so that will be syn free

Will take fruit & cereal bar with me to the zoo

Just having my hot water & lemon then heading off for the day lots off walking today !!
