Haha! This is why I tried to avoid cereal as a HexB - it always looks like such a paltry amount unless you have weetabix or something like that :) Your food diaries are looking good hun - lots of superfree, woo! xx
 
Hey lady! I wouldn't worry too much about having a pizza...at least you didn't drink 82 syns in one night! :eek: I was doing so well up until 12.30, then I ended up going clubbing and that was the end of that! Apple sourz and smirnoff ice are not good for the diet! :eek:

aw love the new food journal Lisa! don't worry about pizza too much, ultimately weight loss always comes down to calories and provided you didn't pig out for the rest of the day you'll be fine :)

i'm ok thanks! just been really off plan for yonks now, luckily i've just stayed the same weight. we've got a new leader at our S.W. group and she's not very good so I'm considering either starting S.W. online or switching- not sure what to do!

Sorry diary I have been neglecting you !!!

Ok today back on track also need to catch up on sleep went to see last gaga last night in the end we left at 11.30 & she was still chatting away & singing traffic in Manc was soooo bad eventually got home at 1.30 & Sophie was up at 5/5.30 so I'm exhausted !!!
Got to take sophie to playgroup this morning so will come home & have a nap
It's weigh in this afternoon & it will be a gain I am sureoff that I'm missing the next 2 weigh ins due to being away !!
But will stay on plan as much as I can do !!

Forgot to take a piccy off tea was too quick to eat it lol it was yummy !!

Have also had a hifi bar (6) & a hifi light (3)

Just back from weigh in gained 0.5lb this week the scales were obviously being kind to me as I haven't had a great week at all am missing the next 2 weigh ins now !!

Hi gang !!

Sorry have been mia am on my annual leave from work do have been doing lots off day trips etc food has been awful spent the day sightseeing in London yesterday which was nice !!
Spent the day at home today as we're off to London tomorrow on a mini break just me & hubby will be back we'd evening then will get back on track we go on holiday next week Monday - Friday but can be good as we're only going to center parcs and have stocked up on my joes meat for bbqs :)
Have bought the lemon muller Greek yoghurts they are delish !!!
Tonight for tea were doing Sw kievs new pots & salad !!
Tomorrows food
Breaky - ?? On train travelling early so god knows
Lunch - we have a 3 course Thames lunch cruise which was my hubby's birthday present the menu isn't to my taste but don't think I can change it :(
Starter salmon roulade -gross hate fish :(
Main chicken en croute never tried but will give it a go
Pud vanilla pannacotta - never tried either ??

My hubby has booked a meal out at a Mexican tomorrow - my fav !!!

So I know tomorrow is a right off meal wise !! But will enjoy myself then get back on track after our little break it's not very often we can go out and have a nice meal child free so it will be nice !!
 
You've got to have a few treats though babe when you're on your holibobs! I'm with you on the salmon starter though :yuk: I love fish, but salmon makes me feel sick! Chicken en croute is probably chicken in pastry is it? And panna cotta isn't to my taste, but a lot of people love it! I'm sure you'll enjoy though hun, even if the food isn't exactly what you would have wanted :) xx

Hi Hun

Meal was lovely managed to swap starter to a goats cheese tart which was yummy the main was delicious !! & pud was gross defo not a fan off panna cotta !! Had a lovely break ready to get back on Track tomorrow will be posting my food diary again from tomorrow :)

My cousin has just announced she's getting married in June can't wait so would live to be at target by then am currently 10"3 so would love the be at target which I think is around 8"7 want to get to 9 then decide how I feel from there !! So it's Defo doable !!

Hey lovely!! Sounds like you're getting your head back in the zone - yay! :D There's nothing like a wedding to spur people on to lose weight, lol! My younger brother's getting married next August and I'm supposed to be a bridesmaid...that was the final straw, lol! I knew I didn't want to be the weight I was before I restarted, especially in a pink or lilac bridesmaid dress :yuk:, so it was time to shift the pounds! You'll do it hun, just get your holiday out of the way first and then you can focus on losing the weight you want to lose :) xx
