Back from holiday never been so happy to be home from a holiday my little girl was very poorly !! Anyway back on track today :)

Home made stew syn free

Have been and done my food shop & have an asparagus soup in the slow cooker cooking away at the mo !! :)

So 13 syns plus the 2 yorkie puds
Not great but I'm getting there slowly !! One day at a time & 1 meal at a time :)

Back in work today first day in work after my 3 weeks annual leave but only 3 weeks till I'm off again :) !!!

Bacon,sliced tomato,Philly (2)
Toast 2 x 400g heb

Fruit pot - melon & pineapple with Americano w/ skimmed milk

Also have some left over chicken lentil & veg soup with me & will snack on fruit and I have 2 hifi bars aswell !!
Left the house at 8 am and Won't be home till 12 tonight :( Urgh such a long day !!!
