Sunday !!

First day back in work and a 13 hour shift :(

Snack 7am -banana

Breakfast - muller light strawberry & fruit salad pot

Lunch -broccolli soup & 2 ryvita & Philly with sliced tomatoes

Dinner -Cajun wedges with chilli con carne

Also have 2 hifi rocky roads & some satsumas and can get more fruit or some salad to go with my chilli :)

I'm working 8 till 8.30 today but have to leave at 7 as its an hour commute and won't be home till 9.30 all 3 meals in work !!! :(

Love chilli Defo one off my favourite meals !!! X

Well have eaten all my food as planned and its only 4.15 lol !!! Boredom sets in and I eat have also had 2 satsumas & a hifi light but I did go and buy and pasta n sauce so might cook that for my last trip !!
 
Ok had a look gonna say 23 syns for pizza plus9 for the ripple
So think that's my syns for the week gone !! Minimal syns and lots off superfree till weigh in !!

Monday

Ok off out to a funeral today and its an hour commute so think the plan is to have a huge brunch before we go

Brunch

Sausage (1 syn) bacon beans mushrooms tomatoes egg toast potato Rosti

Dinner
Might see if I can cook something this morning before we leave as I don't think we will be home till about 5 and don't want to end up eating junk as I've not prepared anything !!!
 
Breakfast was fine yesterday and made a curry for when we got home had a few bits off food at the wake and then grabbed a burger on the way home !!! :( grrrrrrrrrr

On the plus side I also ate all the left over Halloween sweets they've been taunting me every day and now all my little girls birthday cake has gone so that's all the temptations gone now it been to easy to grab a small piece off cake here & there !!!

I know it's not going to be good on the scales on wed & that's ok there's been a lot off temptations this week but today is a new day !!! :)

1 big portion beef stew
1 big portion beef goulash

Also had a freezer sort out and found
2 lasagne portions
1 curry
1 bolognaise
4 chilli portions !!

So I have plenty off work meals now am pleased !!!

Just having a small bowl off stew that I couldn't fit in the tub lol !!!

Looks like you've been busy! Your beef goulash looks amazing - how did you make it hun?

Woe check you out, that's brilliant organisation. Well dome hun. You'll have to let me know your curry recipe as I'm missing curry at the moment lol xxx

Goulash recipe

Beef
Onions
Mushrooms
Silver skin onions
Paprika
Garlic
Tomato purée
Beef stock
Potatoes
Peppers
S&p

Fry onion & garlic brown the beef,add the mushrooms add 1.5 tsp paprika add 2 tsp tomato purée add the beef stock approximately 1 pint, add silver skin onions,peppers & potatoes
Season to taste
Leave to cook out for about an hour to allow sauce to thicken :)

Curry recipe

Chicken
Mushrooms
Onions
Garlic
Ginger
Lazy Chilli
Mild curry powder
Garam Marsala
Turmeric
Chicken stock
Tomato purée
Passatta


Fry onion garlic & chilli & ginger ,seal the diced chicken,add curry powder garam Marsala & turmeric add tomato purée & the passatta then the mushrooms then add your chicken stock and allow to boil then simmer for about 40 mins :)

Weetabix & milk (hea & heb)

Lunch
Either chilli & rice or fry up sw style :)

Dinner
Now am off to my sils tonight as I'm staying overnight cause were off to London crimbo shopping tomorrow for the day
She's a target member and her weigh in is tonight so she wants takeaway think she's getting pizza I'm gonna havea chicken kebab
So chicken free salad superfree then the pitta is 7.5 syns and I'm gonna take my own extra light salad cream !!!
