Just planning ahead for tomorrow as its a bit chaotic !!!


Working 11 am till 10.30 pm but my husbands also working at 8am and have got to drop our little girl off at her nans in Liverpool first so am gonna go in with my hubby and wait in Liverpool until my shift
There's a sw cafe in Liverpool so gonna treat myself to a breaky there before my shift :)

Heb sandwich from skinnis (will see what flavours they have mmmm can't wait )

Left over chicken & chorizo paella (1syn)

So yesterday was on plan 6.5 syns went to bed at 8 pm as was feeling so rotten,feeling very achy today luckily it's my day off but my next shift in work is tomorrow so need to dose up today !!!
Today is mine and my hubby's 8 year anniversary the time had gone so quickly !!!

Today is also weigh day not had a great week had thurs & Friday off plan and went well over syns on Sunday so not expecting anything think I will be lucky not to gain really but we will see at 5pm I guess !!!

Not sure what the plan food wise is today but will update as I decide :)

Here's the chicken noodle soup recipe

1 chicken breast (chopped small)
Half tin sweetcorn
1 nest off sharwoods egg noodles
Half an onion
3 slices lazy ginger
3 stock cubes chicken
2 pints chicken stock
Tbsp potato starch (for thickening don't have to use though)
Dash light soy sauce

Put all in a pan and bring to boil (no frying required )
Boil for 15 mins
Then thicken if required

Very simple & easy !!! :) you could use smash instead to thicken and save syns

Yeah I'm good thanks hun...been a bit of a bad week diet wise, but I still lost 0.5lb so I guess I can't complain too much! To make up for it though I went to the cinema last night to see Twilight, and I limited myself to a HexB of cherry bakewell alpen bars and 8 syns worth of minstrels. Off to polish my halo now, lol! :D:D Need to have a better week food-wise though. Party season is fast approaching! :-S xx
