So have been feeling poorly for a few days bad tummy pain and could barely walk on Sunday I thought maybe a I had a hernia but wasn't sure it felt as though something had moved inside me it was very hard to describe !!!
Went to the drs and I have a very severe water Infection he thinks the pain was my bladder swelling from the infection !! It can rupture if it swells too much so that explains the pain yesterday,on very strong anti biotics !!!
Have had a bad few weeks so am hoping this will finally make me feel better !!!

i think over the worst of it now (thank god) been terrible with food though, body is still craving cack! Might have to try a few SE days next week before xmas party x

Yeah I was like that last week had a lot off crap and not been wonderful this week either so will see what the scales say tomorrow !!
