Had a stressful lunch time as I was cooking lunch when I my little girl had an accident so spent 1.5 hrs at A&E and was starving so had a roll with my soup !!!

Had a lovely day today out with friends !!!

Had a bad couple off days with Sophie being poorly but she's on the mend now luckily !!!
Went to weigh in and lost a pound !!!
Pleased with that I think !!

Diary will. Be back on track tomorrow have to post a piccy off tonight's yummy tea though




Plus whilst out and about today grabbed these in sainsburys to snack on only 2.5 syns for the whole pack !!!

Yeah I'm alright, it's just been a long hectic week of parents evenings, arsey kids and arsey staff!! Comfort eating galore, haha! I'm over in Pembrokeshire so we haven't had a huge amount of snow. We were all hoping for a snow day yesterday, but no such luck! There was no water for the first couple of hours in school thoughl so we had a very grumpy staff who couldn't have a cup of tea or coffee before work. It made me feel quite glad that I'm not dependent on caffeine! Lol! xx

P.S. Who makes the square wraps...they look cool!

Tonight's tea ended up a goulash as hubby messed up the recipe and it was gross !! So he started again and made goulash with jacket spud and veggies it was delish !!!!
