Ended up making myself a quick & easy carbonara dish before I went out !!!

Garlic & herb Philly pasta broccolli mushrooms onions peppers bacon

Stuck to diet coke when I was out did have a bit off party food but no where near as much as I would have had luckily I was still full from my tea :)

Haha lol 40 syns !!!
I do miss having a drink but can't think off anything worse than having a hangover and getting up with a 3 year old the next day !!!
We have my cousins engagement party on march 2nd so I will Definitely be drinking that night !!!

She asked me & my little girl to be bridesmaids !!! Omg so excited I can't wait !!!!

I've been Mia been poorly again & feeling rubbish I must be run down have had a mouth and tongue covered in ulcers so not eaten great and no fruit or veg as that makes me want to cry starting to feel better and only have a few ulcers left now !!!

Ending up taking dd to play area they had no spuds so I had a cheese & onion sandwich with side salad and a few crisps !!
Not great but everything else was mayo laden !! :(

Dinner last night was amazing & syn free !!!
Hubby did a chilli then lots off little bits he had chicken wings & sweet potato wedges & a honmade blue cheese dip

I had a bowl off chilli some sweet potato wedges & some homemade garlic mushrooms which were amazing !!!!

Best tea I've had in ages !!!!!

Breakfast
Weetabix & milk
(Heb & hea)

Pineapple grapes melon
Hifi bar

Late lunch 2pm!!
Subway ham & turkey salad
Lettuce Tom cuc onions peppers ham turkey
Mayo (5) it was low fat but they put tonnes on !!!

Dinner
Sw spag carbonara (4 syns for garlic & herb Philly)

Weigh in lost 0.5lb this week I was a bit disappointed but Defo not had my superfree & ate lots off chips & pasta asit was soft with all my ulcers !!!
 
Your food looks lush hun! How did you make the sausage bake? I'm gutted this week...put on 1lb :( And had a really bad food day as we had a buffet in work for the end of half term and I ate way too much crap as I forgot my lunch!! Half term at my mum's this week, so it's probably not going to be a great week :( xx

Oh no Hun gutted for you !!! You'd had such a good week too !!! Definitely not deserved :(

Sausage bake

Sausage meat syn free rolled up into little balls fried in fry light
Pasta
Sauce passatta onions mushrooms peppers carrot
Fry onions mushrooms & peppers then add passatta and the cooked sausage balls whilst waiting for the pasta to cook them drain & mix together :)

Lunch
Was out at Chester zoo
Had meatball pasta was scrummy yummy

Dinner
Chicken Kiev (4)
Salad
Balsamic roasted tomatoes
New potatoes
Salad cream (1)

Low fat Cadburys trifle (6)

15 syns for the day I should prob allow some syns for my lunch but we walked miles round the zoo and there was no oil used as I asked them and watched them make it :)
