Saturdays food was mega all over the place and literaly didn't stop all day!!!

Back on the wagon today :)
Working 8-8 will have dinner with my hubby when I get home at 9 !!!
So will be eating lots as normally I have my tea at 5!! Gonna try and spread my lunch out a bit :)

Breakfast

1 slice ww bread 2.5 syns

Lunch
Chicken & sweetcorn soup homemade syn free
Ham & turkey salad bowl
Salad cream (2)

2 hifi bars

6 mini satays (1)

Chicken rogan josh recipe out off new mag with rice and maybe noodles

I've got a carrot & coriander soup on the go for lunches this week have decided to give up bread for lent too !!!
 
Gained 1lb a weigh in this week was really disappointed but when I look back I guess it was a fair reflection on my week on my good days I was really good but I did pick a lot on the other days !!!
Really must do better only 3 weeks till my holiday and 30 weeks until Florida !!! I must loose this week I'm currently at 9"13.5 and do NOT want to see a 10!!!!
 
Sorry for the lack off posting yesterday went to the zoo for the day with friends then out last night with the hubby

Had allowed myself 50 syns for yesterday think I worked it out to be 43 in the end

Back to it today to hopefully get a loss on Wednesday :)

Really need to think off new foods for work as the thought off chilli was making me heave !!!

Chicken parsnip swede carrot peas broc cauli and whatever other veg I can find maybe courgette & button mushrooms :)
Am going to do mash for everyone else I may have a small bit !!
