2lbs off this week !!! Yippeeee :)

Ok today's food plan
Breakfast
Bacon & sliced tomato & lettuce on heb brown roll with tsp ex light mayo
Fruit

Lunch
Salad with 50g coleslaw (2)
Packet off ham
Fruit

Dinner
Pasta bolognaise with added mushrooms sweetcorn & peas
Fruit

Also have 2 hifi bars
Trying to keep syns under 10 as I have a meal out on Saturday at pizza hut !! Off all the bloody places that's the worst !!
Have worked out syns lasagne is 21
Or pizzetta is between 22&24

Thanks hun I was really made up :)

Ok breaky was on plan as mentioned earlier
Then I had a hifi light and a handful off grapes so 3.5 syns

Lunch was my salad with coleslaw (2) with a pack off wafer thin turkey scrummy !!!
Then a nectarine blueberry and raspberry fruit salad

Have a bowl off strawberries & pineapple to munch off and a mini pot off pineapple melon & grape then my pasta Bol for tea :)

So far so good x
 
Woop p's keep forgetting to update so Friday ended with 11 syns not too bad :)

Saturday

Breaky out at supermarket sausage egg bacon beans hash brown and 1 toast normal loaf used heb & syns (5)

Lunch out at pizza hit for mils birthday had salad bowl to start lettuce Tom cuc peppers onion pick onions sweetcorn then 1 tbsp potato salad (2)
Then main was lasagne 21 syns lowest thing on the menu !!
The had a slice off birthday cake (10)

Didn't bother with tea as I was still full so had strawberries & a banana

Yesterday ended on 38 syns !!! Awful but still 4 days to make it up and pull it back lots off superfree & super speed !!!
 
Sunday !!

Lovely 12 hour day in work

Breaky apple,banana & oat so simple sachet made with water

Lunch salad with homemade coleslaw & beet root salad & ham yummy can't wait !! (1 syn for coleslaw)

Dinner fanta sweet & sour chicken with egg fried rice

Will have a snack as tea won't be until after I finish work at about 8.30pm
I might grab a spud & beans about 3/4pm to keep me going

3.5 syns today :) off to bed now pleased I stayed on track after my synful day yesterday !!!
