Last day before weigh in and my scales haven't moved infant there showing a gain am under my syns though at 84 for the week ??!!

Oooppps been mia !!!

Had a few things on was a at wedding last night had lots to drink and eat !!
Then had breaky out this morning
Fruit,1 toast then a poached egg mushrooms grilled tomato and bacon

Then a white bap with cheese lettuce and salad cream !!

Soback on track now Thursday was ok but I was very stressed and ended up having 23 syns !!

Need to be super super good and hammer the super free !!!
 
Hi Lisa,

Hope you're okay and a bit less stressed now. Your work hours sound really tiring so you do really well to stay on track most of the time.

I hope weigh-in goes okay tonight, if not then just hop back on it- I managed to lose the 3lbs that I put on last week- even a gain is not too bad :) We didn't have a meeting at group tonight which was a bit annoying but went along to weigh-in anyway. Let me know how yours goes!

Well done on your loss !!
I gained 0.5 lb this week so happy with that could have been so much worse !!!

Defo back on track this week will be writing every day again in my diary :)

Hi, that's not too bad though 0.5lb could even be caused by an extra glass of water during the day!

I'm good thanks, hoping to finally stick to plan this week.

Well was up at 3.30 am for work worked from 5 till 11.15 then went for a picnic with the family
That's when it went downhill!!
In work had an apple then oat do simple porridge made with water then I had a grilled sliced tomato & grilled bacon and some melon & grapes the only problem with earlies is your up earlier so I eat more !!
Ok so picnic ended up having ham & mustard sandwich some crisps 2 sausage rolls 2 cocktail sausages a bite off pasta (didn't like it )
Then a magnum chocolate & caramel !!!
Totalled it up to 43 syns !!!!! Eeekkkk but it's not very often it happens so will be good now stick to 10 a day !!
Salad for tea must stay away from the bread lol !!! :)
 
Morning a fab sunny day here !!!

Feeling slightly stressed today so got to try and put things out off my mind as there's nothing I can do to change things !!

Breakfast 2 toast (heb) Philly (2) bacon
Hot water with lemon & a coffee

Heading out to a country park for a walk now
I know tea tonight will be cottage pie as I'm making it after my Walk :)

So at my walk I had calippo shots 1.5 syns

Came hone and had a hifi light 3syns
Then lunch McCain spud 1 syn egg mayo 1 syn for mayo then lettuce rocket cucumber tomato peppers
Also had a choccy digestive 4 syns

Am racking up the syns and it's only 2 days in am feeling very stressed I find out on Tuesday whether the company I work for have lost there franchise if they have then I have lost my job :(

It's horrible I love my Job am so happy there and the benefits and pay I get I would not get anywhere else so basically I'm screwed as both me and my hubby work there we could loose everything !!! :(

Ok think positive made my cottage pie
It's gonna be about 4 syns for gravy and a bit off flour to thicken the pie !!
