Well done on completing all your chores :) . I'm okish, never remember feeling great on Mondays lol . Just want to get weigh in out the way now so I can focus on a fresh start and put last week behind me .

I've just had my dinner, I was waiting for my mum as she is staying tonight but has gone to WI so wont be back till about 10 so decided to eat mine without her. My mum's moving in with us soon as she has sold her house and is not moving into her new house for a couple of months. So as she is moving to the same village she is doing WI, rather her than me! Although tonight she has gone to do cooking at a house along the lane. The house used to belong to Neil Lennon the football player until he moved a couple of years ago. It's a lovely house, I've only ever been in once and stayed in the lounge but I've been told I can use the pool whenever I like. I've not done yet but will go over one day I'm sure :)

Anyway I've finished eating for today so here's my food diary...

Monday 17th March

Lunch - Spiced chicken, mushrooms, peppers and onions fried in water on a bed of salad with 1 slice of bread and marg
Dinner - Veggi sausage risotto
Snack - Yogurt with blackberries and orange jelly

Exercise: 100 sit ups and 40 crunches

Right off to chop my veggis and stuff for tomorrow :)

Thanks hun, yes my hard work seems to be paying off again. I thought I was going be a sts again this week or -1lb so really pleased as it will keep me motivated for another week :)

I'm ok thanks - having a bit of a troublesome night with our daughter, very unlike her so I think she needs a trip to the docs in the next couple of days. Hubby is trying again to out her to bed, hopefully he'll succeed thus time

So detox day 1 has arrived and so far I feel great, ok I've only been up an hour! Just having a nice cup of green tea and Jasmine, it's actually quite nice, not sure I'll be able to drink it all day for the next 2 days but the first mug is going down nicely. No food yet but I never normally eat this early anyway. I think brunch will be a banana and maybe a satsuma.

So how's everyone today? Hope you're all having a good morning.xx
 
hey little miss, I'm sure you will do fabulous with your detox.. No doubt it's exactly what I would need to do to flush out all the toxins but I'm going to hide and stick with SW!!

Just prepping for tutoring and then I'm off for an hour and a half. OH has requested pasta with bacon for dinner. God love him, he never asks for much!
 
Oh I didn't realise you did fast days, how do you find them for weight loss?
I've not really got anything planned for later. If it stops raining I'l take my daughter out for a ride on her bike after school, so will get an hour power walk.
Hubby is working away so hopefully there wont be too much temptation for me tonight. I'll cook the kids kiddy food which I don't really eat any way and think I'll have stir fried veggies, fried in a little bit of water so I don't need oil.xx

This is my first one in over 6 months! My losses have really stalled in 2014 since my weight has come down and I've started training so felt I needed a wee boost to see the numbers go down again. Fingers crossed!

Good plan with the stir fry, I always use splashes of water instead of oil, it's so much better! xx
