Far fom ok, having major symptom flare up

Haven't eaten anything apart from fish & chips & a milky way.

Not coping at the mo

I'm schizophrenic. I hear voices all the time but sometimes i have a symptom flare up and i hear shouting and negative things.

Nope just have to ride it out. I can take Valium to knock myself out but sometimes it makes things worse. Oh well ! X

I do understand how difficult it can be with medication... I am fighting my meds all the time... but stick at it Roman... you are a wonderful person
