Soz I went awol again.
Happy Thursday yay x

To let u know my one-to-one went pretty well I thought, I was positive about the changes n willing for training n a change in my work and felt refreshed by the new happenings where as others were negative, n I got in I was willing to move depots! That made em surprised as sum of others had not bin as willing.

I've not eaten too badly this wk, tues I had no breakky, then toast n slim a soup, bacon, mush mascarpone pasta for dinner, which was gorge, I just made recipe up! Like ya do lol
Yesterday, ate cereal for breaky, picked a healthier option from boots for a meal deal, shapers stuff n orange juice n shapers bar instead of paprika crisps which I love usually. ;-)
Went out for tea tho, burger n chips, girly night with my BF, but I chose a chicken burger n it felt much healthier x then we saw Russell Kane at Barnsley civic theatre. Second row seats. He was awesome, love him!
