I been n got some ww soup, I think at mo sf may b too drastic feel faint n in pain x deep joy x

Oh no that's not good.. But u need food.. Can't be healthy to live off shakes (I'm just saying that coz I need to eat.. lol)
The simply filling is the PP version of the old discover plan I think?? I think I have an email on how to it saved. As far as I remember you get 49 pp's to use in a week.. And you have "free foods" I could be totally wrong tho... Sarah.. Can you shed sum light???

That's it hon. there are free foods and then things that aren't free you take out of the 49 pps a week! Its a but like slimming world I think...

Yea thought that as i was typing it.. was thinking of giving it a try myself.. but its doesn't seem very flexible so i dunno how well I'd do.. Might see how I go this week and do it for a week r two from Friday (Day 1 of new WW week)
 
Its one of those things I might try if my losses start to stall. I stood on scales this morning and I was 2lb down since saturday?? Impossible much!? Taking that with a grain of salt to be honest... We'll see how this week goes ;)
 
Oh how I wish that were true my lovely... dont worry I'll be back up those 2lb tomorrow morning if I check again (I neeeeeed to stop the sneaky weigh ins lol!!) x

WW me Tom soup n 2 ryvita
Snx:
Small Graze box of small choc buttons, tiny caramel n cranberries n almonds,
Banana
D:
Chicken, sweet pot, n pots sag curry n rice

So I need to replan, SW for me I think from next wk cos I got to plan it, this wk am just gonna eat weetabix for breakky, ww soups for lunch n summit healthy for tea.

But to top it all I think the scales r having fun with me! I weigh in at 11st 7 this am! So a loss of 4lb already hmm! I don't think the ibs is helping grr x
 
Yeah... Scales are mad like that. You might not actually be as heavy as you think you are hon! 11st 7... Not bad at all! :)
Don't worry about giving up on slim fast, I'd find that torturous to follow myself. SW might be good :) x
