As far as I can remember you have to eat 1/3 super free foods on ee. So it'd be like 1/3 of each food group on your plate, but I'm not 100% sure, have you checked the slimming world group on here. I'm sure Carly will put you right x
 
Day one on SW was 100%, didnt sway to the office biscuits or sweets!
Measured my milk, had wot i planned plus an orange!
Tandoori chicken n rice for tea, goin to the gym also.
Hope everyone has had a gud day.
Am just in pain at mo, doh, bak n tum kicking up, it must b protesting for the gym! Lol

Well done!

Yea is 1/3 super free fruit/veg at each meal and then u can eat as much lean meat/veg from red or green list(2/3 of plate but not necessarily 1/3 of each).. U then just get 1A and 1B and ur syns x

I will use those EE days wen i hav bought tons of veg or salad then, as it can get quite pricey cant it.
I will chek SW out on here, just so used to talking to u lovely ppl. ;-)

Managed around 40mins at gym-
20 mins treadmill- walking/jogging
10 mins bike
200 situps
Arm weights

I will hurt tomoz but feel thankful i done my first session, will try n get myself bak in the zone!

Tummy killing grr, so will put pjs on n my hot wrap thing b rest up!

Hi all
Well i hav a horrid, been ill all night x ew
;-) think i picked up a bug ;-(
Managed to get to work under deress but im so tired i cud slump on my desk x lol
 
Had a quick 1/2 hr snooze in one of our lil rooms n had some toast n a cup of soup to eat. Not gonna do menu today cos i not eating properly x

Yesterday i ate:
1x brown toast breakky
1x brown toast n cup a soup lunch
V Small portion of spag bol

So this am i felt i needed something substantial, had a bacon, mushroom n tom sarnie on brown breadcake.
I like SW u can hav bacon lol x
If i hav anything for lunch i may get sum fruit or salad!

95% day today i will try n get to the gym on saturday as busy tonight tidying house for friends coming round tomiz for dinner n sleeping over lol
