Monday is busy at our gym too! Lol so busy in fact I never go! Ahahaha!

Still not ate anything Liz... And only a few hours until I go to bed hahah! x

Thanks ladies, i had a bagel before the gym it gave me enuf energy to do an hr x
Wow Sarah 40mins is amazzing! I was aiming for 20mins but was going fast for a while (due to a DJ Fresh track) n it killed me off lol x

Laura, u dont need to know a xtrainer as it kills ya! Lol i wish i didnt know wot one was sumtimes!

Elaine, ur doing fantastically well! Come on hunni bunni! 100%! it will get easier once u dun ur first wk then u can have summit! I think ur marv doing it, it means u do hav the will power so i think ur fab-u-lous!!
A work colleague did the Lipotrim which is same sort of thing n she was a size 22, now a size 8! Shes never looked bak!

And felt a bit ruff cold wise so i went to bed, hence me not catching up with u all!
N y is it u get more bunged up (nose wise) at night so u cant breath n u end up snoring lol x

I reckon gyms are busiest on mondays cos ppl hav gone mad with food n drink at wkend n thought they must do summit! ;-)

Todays plan:
Tues 24th(cant believe its only tues lol)
B:
Alpen porridge n banana
L:
2 brown nimble and 2 scrambled eggs n cherry toms (trying this at work in microwave so will c if it works)
Snx:
Bagel, yoghurt
D:
Cod loin, new spuds, peas n spinach n caper/lemon sauce

Gym:

Water:
4 pints


Feel like a sneaky WI but im not gonna just cos i feel thinner normally means u weigh more! Long time til saturday lol x

I know what you mean about not believing it's only tuesday, this week's been unbeleivably long already!

I cant get my breath! I bought a new fitness dvd, Tracy Anderson dance cardio n its come to work today, n my boss nastily said its garbage u cant follow it u shouldnt hav bovered! F...in charming, thanks for ur support!!
Shes obv too lazy to hav a proper go!

I said, i hav seen it on utube n i know its hard but im still going to hav a go!! Wotever!! Xx am soo mad!! Xx

Not gone to the gym, trying my new dvd, Tracy Anderson Dance Cardio, its fast n happening theres many routines u can split up n do alone or put together, i have just about mastered dance 1, its simple but its speeding it up that is the hard part, done 45mins n im sweating! X

What a cheeky so and so your boss is! Sheesh! People are like that though. Have some people telling me I'll not finish c25k but I'm determined. We'll show em how its done hon :) xx
