Suitably achy from last nights dvds exercise!

Banana sarnie (hungry) (nimble)

Scrambled eggs with chives, cherry toms on brown nimble bread
D:
SW Sweet n sticky chicken n root veg n rice, 4 pancakes n syrup for pud
Snx:
Yoghurt, bagel, 1 biscuit, malteser bunny

Water:
4/5pints

Exercise:

Not been to the gym apart from a wee swim as I'm so tired these days! Hopefully I'll be less weak soon, now I'm (hopefully) in ketosis xx

U will enjoy 30day shred i bet sum of other girls like it x yeah defo spandex agogo! But the new one is harder but funky hun! X

U do well havin a swim hun with no energy! U will soon b a slim adonis!

Im ok, trying to stick to SW but feel it too much like hard work however im using SW recipes etc but i am using MFP app to log all i eat n exercise so its sort of low fat low cal as much as i can, also it will help log how certain food is with my pain but it not too bad at mo, it comes n goes x

Carry on regardless as the saying goes! Xx

It must be unpleasant, being so negative all the time really! Much better to be positive and try :D

That said... I've not tried the diet coke chicken, no, I'm a little wary of cooking with sweetners as it alters the chemical make up of something that's already a bit biochemically dodgy.

Yesterday was a hungry day n today is beginning to b too!
Had far too many cals yesterday, i confused my MFP! Normally hav 1360cals n was 200 over! Bad girl x
I putting it down to my sniffle, feed a cold n all that x
 
I am always super nibbly when I've got a cold, too, if you think about it you'll be using a bit more energy to fight off the infection, so it makes sense that your body wants more fuel and you're still well on track to lose so try not to get too focussed on the cals! :D

Im off to gym tonight too so will burn a bit off, so not too worried just want to hav lost anything this wk but 2lb wud b ace!!
Ended up having a toastie for brekky the my bagel an hr after! Ive got worms x lol

Hubby just had a call to say our next cruise has been cancelled! We were doing cape town to southampton next april but it was part of the world cruises on p&o Azura n they have pulled!
Had sum choc!
