Oo had scrambled eggs n cherry toms on nimble for lunch, its my fave at the mo!!

Whats nimble? Some type of bread or something? I had a light choices wrap with cajun chicken and a fruit pot. Totm is being a b!tch and I wanna eat chocolate all day though lol!! Might take outta my weeklies if I cant resist.

Nimble bread its low cal! It turns to dust if u toast it too much lol x

Well first day of SF n it feels gud!

Used 16 points in all, had 20 mins walk, 4 pints of water.

Enjoyed tea but obv pointed my oil i cooked it in but then straining it, however am using fake low olive oil so guessing on the points.

Hope ur all well xx

Yeah we have to have the oil hon. I had mine in my wedges and chicken for dinner :) glad you're enjoying. I like it, had a bag of maltesers outta weeklies ;) xx

Morning
Hope ur all well.
Wanted to do gym last night but my cold put stop to that, n this morn my head feels like someone elses! Vile lol im on drugs for the day!

Later we off to c my MIL in home not bin for two wks cos of the home havin a bug, they havin their finances checked today so that we can hav sum of the care home paid for so she go in a nicer one so i hope thats sorted soon.

Im fed up! Witches in office r so rude, they just whisper constantly! Y they all hav to do it, 2 of em do it then 1 moves on to next person n continues whisper! Agh i cud scream! My heads not helping its throbbing with my cold!
I need a cup o soup to cheer me up, im easily pleased lol x
 
Your food sounds lovely - how'd you do the pork? - and the plan looks to be sensible and easy, too, which is always nice :D

Blast those nasties in the office though - it must REALLY suck to be them, being so rude and negative.

GET WELL SOON! (lots and lots of water to flush the yuck out and lots of fruit and veg to support your immune system)
