Ew to it bein Mundane Monday!
Hope ur all well.

Im feelin bloated today n fed up with dieting! Christ its boring think i need a kick start, may do Slim Fast from tomoz for the wk! C if i cant rid of some flab! Lolz

You could try WW for a change for a week? Simply Filling even? Or you have those weeklies if you want a treat? Thats what I like about it LOL! ;) chin up honey - I'm fairly fed up dieting too!!

I owt to try SF hun but i dont really understand it at all, i may b a bit slow x
If someone cud give me low down, in fact i will look on internet for info too x

Least you haven't given up hon :)
You eat free & filling foods until satisfied. If you eat anything that's NOT SF then you count it out of your weeklies. You get 49 weeklies every week. You can use 2tsp oil a day without counting too. Here's a list of foods:

Alpen porridge n sk milk n banana

L:
2 scrambled eggs n cherry toms on brown nimble toast

D:
Pancetta n cheesy brown pasta with mush n garlic

Snx:
0% Yoghurt n tinned raspberries(drained)

Points:
2 - parmesan
2 - pancetta
4 - porridge
1 - light spread
2 - olive oil
Total: 12

Water:
4 pints

Excercise:
20 mins walk

Just to let ya know incase ya didn't, only porridge free on sf would be plain, such as oatso simple or plain oats. If its flavoured not free :( Alpen porridge is 4PP a sachet! X

Am loving it hun... Love that I'm not forced to eat more in the evening than I want just to hit my dailies ya know...

Felt so bold last night.. I had pasta bolognese with garlic bread AND chips.. Enjoyed EVERY mouthful and all I had to PP was the Garlic bread... :D :D :D LOVE SIMPLY FILLING.... :D
