Got a cuppa n my heat belt that the velcro no longer works so i have put the belt bit in my trousers lol x

I dont think I could cope without my hot water bottle sometimes... Big hug, feel better. Get some stodge in your tummy, warm yoursel through x

I feel your pain this week Liz, my periods have come back in full force after a 2yr break and ive had an hot water bottle strapped to me tum all weekend and it dont look like its guna let up .... gettin up out of bed is the worst wen your in pain i hope your doc has given u some nice pain killers xxxxxx

Docs gave me provera only to stop my totm n its not worked this month so hopefully it will kick in for next month! Otherwise y am i taking it hun x just taling ibu n paras for pain ;-(
I agree about getting outta bed, also walking kills! Not good x

Aye she is indeed! Its ridic im so ignoring her again just getting on with my work like a lil drone lol x
Tummy not bad this aft, my heat pad is knackered the gel pad wants replacing n the velcro is no longer working so cant make it stay on me! Doh x will get sum of them sticky ones later x ;-)
