Aye she is indeed! Its ridic im so ignoring her again just getting on with my work like a lil drone lol x
Tummy not bad this aft, my heat pad is knackered the gel pad wants replacing n the velcro is no longer working so cant make it stay on me! Doh x will get sum of them sticky ones later x ;-)

Good idea to get the sticky ones. Have a look online and see if you can get a new velcro strap one maybe? Hopefully not too pricey!

Yeah i may need to get another one otherwise those patches r expensive. The one i have was £15ish n its only lasted about 6mths so may look for a better one x

Pain almost gone which is great but ive had longest totm of my life!! Agh may hav to c docs!
Anyhoo enuf of the negatives!

Todays positives:
1)
I did summit nice for someone else, bought some pop for my buddy cos the can machine had ran out!
2)
Not as much pain as yesterday!
Yay x
3)
Did very lil at work but got quite a good sort out
4)
I bought my grandaughter a swimsuit for learning how to swim!

Not a bad day overall!
Gonna take my grandaughters gift then go home n call my sis n have a chat then cook my concoction tea of large stuffed mushrooms, spinach, goats cheese, mozzarella n a pesto with salad!

Thanks babs, its just to keep an eye on the size of the cyst. Its earlier than i expected as i not at hosp til july but i spose it gives em time to look at it. ;-)

Ive struggled to get ready this am! I think im loosing my battle, took me a while to get dressed n dry my hair. Im a bit worried about my totm its my 11th day, i think im gonna hav to bk docs!

Yeah I'd say go back to the doctors hon just to be sure and do you're not fretting. Your appt. is the day after my birthday! Hopefully that goes well for you xx

hey Liz Glad to see you have a scan date, that'll be good to get them to take a good look

Hows your day been today, aside from the pain? I think I have seen those stick-on heat pads in some of the cheapo shops I traipse round for my Herbal Essences (I go through so much conditioner, I cannot be paying full price for it haha), I think Home Bargains, and maybe Poundland muight have them, if you get a chance to look and stock up at the weekend. But if the velcro-y one was only £15 for 6 months.... I'd get another of them..!

Sod the witch. Work is nasty when there is an atmosphere and it can really deflate you Best advice I can offer is just turn up, do what needs doing, and go home. Concentrate on happy-making things outside of work, like your photography days, and your little person's swimming lessons (I totally AWWWWED at that!!)

Have a good evening plz, and keep your positives coming. When work's sh.t, you need them more than ever imo xx

Not yet hun, getting into docs is a struggle gonna leave it to c how i go x
The provera tabs am taking arent for birth control cos i dont take a pill normally as hubby bin done, its supposed to stop my bleeding n hence stop my pain n its doing neither hunni thats y i am a lil worried. Ta tho babs x

I missed breakky today too i never do that! Felt sick so missed it.

So todays positives;
1)
I ignored the witch n got on with my work(ehich was hard today as i had to archive tons of heavy folders!) so it got me out of the office! Another positive!
2)
Had a nice catch up with my sis n my best buddy tonight!
3)
I made up my tea n cooked it, spinach, gammon pasta cheesy bake
4)
Had a deserved bit of red wine!! Yay x
