L: 1 avocado with 2 slices bread and a tomato
Snack: small snickers
D: chickpea and veg stew with dumplings, 2 slices of bread with spread and jam, tsp of raisins
 
That is a ton of steps! I don't think I walk more than 2000 because of school and work haha good for you

I think on average without going fir a walk you usually do about 3000-4000, then an hours walk is 6000. Sometimes I take the train to London so it just adds up because you walk to the tube then change and then around shops or exhibitions. I've taken to walking from the mainline station and not take the tube so that will add an extra 30 minutes. Soon adds up!!

D: 100g dried pasta, with home made tomato/onion/garlic/mushroom/pepper sauce
Later, homemade bread with spread and fruit spread

Later a few forks of pasta and homemade tomato sauce

Been away for a few days & too difficult sorting out wifi. Unfortunately wifi not only problem as I've added a couple of pounds - clothes seriously stretched & I'm feeling pretty upset.
