Good evening,

I hope everyone has had a nice Saturday! Mine has been very busy.. Not what I planned but I can't seem to just sit still lol work tomorrow eurgh.. Only for a few hours I think.

Well I might need a hand up back onto that wagon, it's a bit high and I am struggling to get back on! Although I have stocked up now on sw goodies, so tomorrow I will be 100% back to it.. I will I will I will I will!

Hi - how come it's always sooooo easy (and yummy) to fall off the wagon - yet takes all our willpower and energy to get back on hey??? Hope the routine of work 2moro will help u to get back on plan - u've had a busy time lately so hope ur not being too hard on urself??

Good luck and hope Mr Grump isn't working 2moro and that ur not in the office too long.
 
Hello Everyone. Food today- 2 toast. Lunch- m&s spicy vegetabe and lentil soup with 2 bread. Dinner- trout with peas and 3 rice cakes. I have blackberries and mullerlight ready for supper. Tomorrow will be my last day with a cooker and fridge. Ive kept my food going but next 3_4 days will be tricky. it may be sandwiches.

Another on plan day - but gosh Mo - it's going to be tough without a cooker and fridge - I think u can buy soups, pasta things like mugshots and couscous which only need a kettle - if u like that sort of thing do u have a microwave
I wonder?

If I were u I'd probably make the lack of facilities the perfect excuse to eat cream cakes, crisps and choc & the like LOL!! But I'm sure u'll carry on - on plan as usual!! Good luck.
 
Hello Everyone. I had a lovely surprise today. I needed some new trousers as all of mine seemed very loose and baggy. I ended up in size 14 trousers!!!!! I was so pleased I wanted to shout it from the roof tops. I was amazed. I then went and bought a top and jumper also size 14. Its a long time since I have worn that. :)

I'm really pleased for you - you've done really well - a great feeling - hope that gave u a lift!!

Mo, glad you have not had anymore attacks. As for the scales, docs should be right, maybe weigh on those scales each week. My docs scales are different to sw.
Upndown, you would think an educated person like a solicitor would be able to get nearer than 7 times different. As you say, so unlikely to get a refund.
I am waiting for about £800 to do with PPI and they reckon they sent the check 4 weeks ago. Yea I bet. I was hoping to have it before Easter. Having a family weekend in Peterborough and have to pay for a hotel. Credit card where are you?

Thanks Doreen - it is a pain but trying not to get too het up about it - but not happy that he hasn't replied to the e-mail I sent on Tuesday (he always uses e-mail to us unless he's sending a document!)

PPI has been one big scam isn't it - my husband is just looking into his claim - the bank charged payment cover on his credit card for 5 years but he didn't sign up for it - he's not eligible as he's self employed - and yes u've guessed it - our personal, business & credit card accounts are with the same bank!!

Hope ur cheque arrives soon - I suppose the 2 Bank Hols coming up will be the next excuse grrrrrrr!!
 
Food for yesterday.
Breakfast egg bacon & beans 3 toast (2.1/2) Lunch: soup frozen berries & 2 mullerlights. D: Mmm boiled spuds, 2 boiled sausages (1) 2 boiled eggs & salad cream (1). Chocolate pips & 2 other choc things - say 10
So syns 15.

Love having the kids here. We have the dog too now. Have to take her everywhere we go so not sure what we doing yet. AM sure a park will come into it and maybe McDonalds - dog will wait in the car.
If I leave her in the house she tries to dig herself out through the doors.

They are all going home pm tomorrow and I know I will REALLY miss them. But it will be nice to have a bit of space again. There will be no chocolate around anyway. Will see them next weekend and think I have them at their house for a couple of days after. Have to look at the rota.

Another good day on plan - which must be a challenge with all the children's goodies and Mc Donalds - it is lovely having the children but as u say a rest in between is great too!! And whilst u will miss them I'm sure - u'll being seeing them soon again - the best of both worlds?!

Are u sure it's a dog u have there - it sounds more like a badger or a large rabbit digging its burrow!!

Hope ur water retention is staying away??
 
Here's my food for the day:

B: berries and yog
Snack: orange
L: carrot and celery soup
Out for tea: steak, salad and veg - asked for no dressing or butter and used balsamic vinegar, vodka 4 syns
Coffee came with 2 bite size choc brownies Mmmm... it wd have been rude not to eat them! Surprised to see in SW book they're only 2.5 syns each

Total Syns = 8.5

Exercise - 40 min walk

Drinks: 2L water, diet tonic, diet coke, 3 coffees - milk HEA (full fat at mother in law's & the pub!)
 
wow you did well with your mealout! brilliant! I will have a kettle and a toaster. unfortunately Im not keen on mugshot type things. I am surrounded here with some great takeaway food shops but I will try to resist. :)

I'm not keen either and they're probably not the healthiest things either are they? Oooh the takeaways sound tempting - u cd check in the SW book - some of the Chinese stuff with plain rice is ok from memory - Italian and Greek are good too but not the pizza and moussaka unfortunately!!

If unlike me, u have iron willpower - chippy fish with mushy peas is free if u take the batter off (but that's the best part for me so cd never do that!!)

Just keeping thinking how great it is to be in smaller trousers!!
 
lol lol lol I think the smaller trousers coud be a lifesaver. I agree with the fish and chips the batter is te best bit. I find not eating the skin from the chicken is torture but taking the batter off the fish shop fish would be impossible lol Ive defrosted sausages for tomorrow- the beef and pepper ones. Monday and Tuesday will be the tricky ones lol

i know!! Eurgh @ food lol!! That meeting I went to in London, there was the tiniest girl I've ever seen in it, she just grazed on food all day! Sandwiches, cream cakes, crisps, you name it she are it. Not fair! I just have to look at it and gain 2lbs lol

How has your Sunday been? I went into work for 4 hours, it flew by and got lots done that I didn't get chance to do last week, so that's good. Start next week caught up.. Just about.

The junk cravings are screaming loudly, but I have so far managed to ignore them. Although the last bit of chocolate orange is looking at me.

i have just been to argos to buy a lovely new blender for my smoothies. It's much easier than using my little chopper. I can't fit much in and tends to be thick because there isn't much space for liquid! My sister couldn't manage hers I made her this morning lol way to thick! I am going to try it out tonight for pudding I'll have my frozen fruit and yogurt!

Food so far today..

Breakfast - Keifer smoothie, spinach, banana, half a pear, frozen berries. (Hexa)

Snack - banana, cereal bar (hexb)

Lunch - cheese mug shot (2.5), peppers and sweetcorn

Snack - banana and cereal bar (other hexb)

Tea - I plan to have cheese omelette and salad, maybe some garlic fried potatoes.

I know that once you get the first day over, then it gets easier.. It's just so hard that first day! I am annoyed with myself for loosing the will power for a while. Why do I do it? Half the problem is being so busy this week, I either don't get time to cook and I, starving so want something quick. Or I'm tired and feeling lazy and want something quick! I have no excuse, I have pasta in the cupboard, eggs to have omelette, these are easy meals! I must not be lazy lol!

Ive got a poorly kitty to. My little snoopy, she's like my dog lol follows me about, wants to be doing everything I am. She has a poorly eye, I think mummy cat might have had a go at her. So she's on medicine that I syringe her, which she quite likes. I have to clean her eye to. She just lays there and trusts that I'm making it better! Very cute. Hopefully she will be on the mend in a few days.

LJ is coming for Easter, so we can get started on our allotment! We have all the things we need for our fence, some potatoes to grow, some plastic to cover the rest up. So lots to do! I'm looking forward to the exercise and getting started! Then I can maybe take a walk down at weekends and check on our crops! :)

Nanny D and Mo - I hope all is well with you. Sounds like you are managing to stick to plan, it takes will power so very well done! I think the nicer warmer weather helps to eat this kind of food. If your like me I don't like stodgy food when it's nice.. This week being an exception haha

I am a little scared of WI weds... But I guess I have 3 days to make it a little better.

Hello . yes Cj its amazing how some peope can just eat , and eat and eat and remain so slim. Im like many I look at a rich curry with naan and gain half a stone!! It s great to start the week on top. Its a real boost. The allotment plans sound well underway. great! :)

Hi - glad work went quickly - it's a good feeling to clear the backlog isn't it?

And yes as we've said before, the synned stuff goes down too easily but so hard to return to free and superfree!! well ur food today looks great and u'll both be able to have a smooth smoothie in the morning with ur new gadget!!

Sorry to hear about Snoopy - they're so trusting aren't they and so reliant on us to cure them!! Get well soon Snoopy!!

I'm sure u'll all love getting into allotment life - I've started sowing seeds in trays and pots:

* tomatoes and asparagus for the first time (fingers crossed they germinate!)
* peas which are easy
* purple sprouting broccoli which is easy & leaves came up quickly but the 'heads' took a long time - will try the leaves as veg or in soup I think
* spinach, salad leaves, herbs - easy & I think salad leaves and herbs are the best money savers!!
* hope to plant potatoes & onion sets & sow more seeds this week

I don't have a big garden but squeeze in what I can - unlike ur allotment - u'll be spoilt for space! I'm having 2 raised beds put in soon - so that'll be a new 'toy' - seen ppl do them on allotments too. I'm going to have a go at square foot gardening - they say u can grow things more intensively this way - I'll experiment this year and let u know!

Hello Everyone. Well my food was a bit odd as I was using up what had been in the freezer. Breakfast- 2 toast. Lunch- 2 Sainsbury beef and cracked pepper sausages, sprouts, amshed potato and gravy. Supper- 2 rice cakes, 1 cold sausage (lol) raspberries with mullerlight yoghurt
 
Hello Everyone. Well if my food was odd yesterday it's worse today lol. Breakfast- 1 slice of toast. Lunch- Boots Shapers Houmous and felafel wrap with 3 tiny pieces of shapers sushi. Tea- Shapers Jerk Chicken wrap and 3 tiny pieces of sushi. Blackberries. About 300 calories in each and 6 g of fat. At least they didnt need cooking. hope everyone has had a good day. :)
