STS for me today. Do you ever just FEEL heavy within yourself? I have all day. Also, I had a mark on my wrist when I took off my watch, which I never have, so can only assume I have some water retention going on. I might be due TOTM too, I have an implant so who knows really
But I am feeling ok with a STS surprisingly, as I know I was good, so will probably (hopefully) make up for it next week. I am going to make sure I drink more this week, I say that every week though, but I mean it this time

Deffo sounds like you have water retention chick. Tis a pain in the aris being a woman sometimes, but I'm sure your hard will sneak up and bite you on the bum next week You're doing great btw xx

It does sound like you have water retention is your wrist are swollen....DRINK DRINK DRINK! It really does make a difference. I'm sure you're gonna have a double loss next week. I have the implant in too so dont get periods. Do you still think that you get bloating etc every month?? Hmmm never thought about it xx
