LoChan's diary - hello!

Staying at my mum's house for the next few nights as she's away but I've still got some childminding kids and her cats to look after (I work with her at her house). Mmn used to live here of course when I was a kid but it's changed a lot plus being the only adult in the house my anxiety is trying to creep up on me :(

Mnn, at least she's a sort-of SW'er too so her kitchen is stocked with the right stuff for making meals. She's got a scary two-man shower that looks like a TARDIS which I'm too afraid to try in case I break it  And I've not got my weighing scales here so I can't go scale hopping until I go home on Thursday night, probably for the best :D

Hohum, brought the latest Ross Noble dvd with me which I haven't watched yet. Hopefully a few laughs with chase the worrying away

I forgot about the potatoes :( bbq sauce still in the fridge. Baby brain is still here!

Will have a look for the quorn hot dogs when we go shopping.

Aw sorry you are struggling a little on your own, can anyone come and keep you company? Enjoy your dvd. glad your mums house is stocked up well. I am constantly on the scales every morning and eve, not good! xxxx

Nope, as I said in your diary - I'm billy no mates :D My O/H is staying in our house with our cat and neither of us drive so it's a bit of a hassle to trek back and forth across Manchester, hence why I'm having to stay overnight. Got my son here but it won't do to use him as a human shield against attackers what with him being 11yrs old

It appears my mother's cat is a bit mental, it keeps scaring the proverbial out of me with suddenly attacking things in other rooms of the house in a manner which resembles breaking in noises. Plus my mother has left a golf club in the bedroom for braining would be intruders... this could be a long few days

Aw hope your son keeps you company-its half trem down here, assume its the same up there?

cat sounds mad, glad you are armed with golf clubs :)

Hope you get some sleep. xxxx

Afternoon :) - yep it's half term up here in Manc, and surprise surprise it's raining, it's tiring living up to the cliché

Got a bit of sleep, had to leave the tv on for a few hours for my white noise - I do that at home too most of the time, otherwise every little noise puts my on high alert. Hopefully it'll be an easier night this time after getting tired out with the little'uns today. Have promised them will make our own pizzas tomorrow so might have to go flexisyns to 'join in'.

Gone and bought Tesco pulled pork for my tea but think I've got the wrong one, having to see if someone can tell me the syns on minis to decide if I can afford it :(

Will post up yesterday's food later on once kiddiwinks have gone home.

Its just started raining here too :(

Aw cute they will make pizza, yep you have to join it, sure it will be yummy :)

sorry cant help with the pulled pork, sure somone will know the syns. i keep hearing about the recpie. I am making lots of things with chicken in. the co-op had 4 medium sized chicken breast for £2.23 a pack-I bought 6 :) We always buy everything on offer.

Hope all littlies have been good for you, catch up later of to cook tea. xxx

Crepe :( decided to join sw online and checked the pork syns - 33 for the packet... So I decided it would be too high so was going to make liver & onions... But my mum's left no onions in the house...

So I went into a hungry strop and gobbled roughly 29 syns of biscuits plus 2 pitta breads with tea = more syns than the whole pack of pulled pork *sigh*

Oh well, as I tell everyone else, will draw a line under it. Feeling uncomfortably queasy and as a recovered bulemic I'm having to fight tje urge to spew. Silly moo that I am.

Think it's just been a long day working on my own plus was supposed to go shopping with m'dad tonight but he cancelled so it's another nightin with anxiety... Will come back later wheb I'm feeling less oh woe is me hehe...

BIG HUGS HUN, I can sympathies with the bulimia, Its tough isn't it, those horrible feelings never truly disappear ( well not for me ) but you can and already have beaten them. the advice that you give everyone else is right hun, but not always easy to listen to yourself.xxxxxxxx

Hope your eve improves, I have just put Little man to bed and am off for a hot bath, can you do something similar hun?

take it all day by day hun xxx

Hope you are ok hun, hope you get some sleep xxx

Thanks Jules, it's just one of those things - I'm much better than I was at my lowest point but these sudden swings still happen to me now and again... Bit like mania in reverse I guess.

Mn well today's been written off for now. In a way I'm glad I'm not at home as I'd be scale hopping like mad which would only make the purge urge stronger - as it is I don't feel that bothered now, just worn out.

Watching some Peter Kay on 4od to get some chuckles in before heading to bed. Incidently, that Fat Family Tree prog I mentioned earlier is available on 4od if you fancied watching it :)

its all ups and downs isnt it, yep its prob good you are not near scales hun. Glad you got some laughs, dvds are alway good. i thought about that on4 od tonight funnily enough then we got size tracked with BGT.

Might see if i can get it on here, if i can find ear phones. xxx

found it- now watching it, xxxxx

Hope the program was good, I'm gonna rewatch it at some point - I tried watching while childminding so missed 60% of it lol

Back on track today though feeling shattered, one more night to go here unless nobody pays me tomorrow and make me wait until friday. Parents don't like parting with cash for some reason lol

My son has pinched the laptop so can't do food diary update yet... Been earning body magic today with pushing swings, seesaws, roundabout plus prams up and down hills, burned off maybe 3 of the bazillion biscuits from yesterday :D

:bighug: one thing I've learnt on my journey is whats done is done. Done dusted, move on. I know that makes it sound simple and I know it isn't but once we learnt not to beat ourselves up and to simply accept, ask ourselves what set us off (I truly believe working it back to what triggered us helps us to move on) , then leave it in the past and treat the next second as positive. This not only limits the damage but does not reinforce negativity its giving a negative a positive outlook :bighug:

My names Jackie and I talk crap at times :giggle: but honestly it helps :) xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I liked the program hun, yep defiantly try and watch it again :)

Hope you can go home tomorrow, grr at them parents, you looked after there little ones they should pay up in time.

Sounds like you have had a very active day hun, you are doing great well done for moving on from yesterday not always easy I know. xxx

It does help so thank you :bighug:

I have got my head back on straight today, just a little concerned that I keep having a wobble around Tuesday/Wednesday every week and I haven't managed to avoid it. Still it's very early days plus not being in my own house this week made things worse. Back to my own kitchen tomorrow/Friday.

It's my mum's fault really - she lets people run up weeks of arrears whereas if I was working on my own I'd probably tell people if they go over two weeks owing then they're not bringing their kids to me until they pay up. If I'd actually manage to be that hard-a$$ed in real life... who knows for the time being

Enjoyed my green day today and have just been shopping with my dad finally and stocked up on the syn free mugshots and low fat supernoodles. Also found quorn sticky fillets are also free, hope they're nice (I got bbq flavour and there's a ginger, chilli & lime flavour too). Giving those ago tomorrow with another green day :)

Hope you get paid hun and glad you got to go shopping quorn fillets sound nice. Do you know of any marinades I could do with chicken, we may have a bbq at the week end if the weather was nice, hubby can have the burgers and I will get some sainsbirys LF sausages (1/2 syn) but thinking chicken might be nice too-Plus have loads off it too :)

Your meals look yummy once again.

We don't have sky, but have heard of that program.

Have a good day.

Morning, no sign of cash yet. Though one of the parents is reliable so I should get half my money tonight at least

Mm do you like nando's? Their dry rubs are quite nice and low in syns and the lemon one is relatively mild if you don't want it too spicy. One sachet should be enough for 3-4 chicken breasts. You could try the sticky chicken marinade on minis somewhere which is a mix of soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and honey (I think) so only syns would be the honey so use as little/as much as you want to spend syns on. If you like halloumi I've just found out that you can have that as an A choice now and it would make lovely kebabs with mixed veggies e.g aubergines, peppers onions. You get 35g of the regular or 45g of the light halloumi as an A choice on red/ee/green :)

Mmmn, I think I took my anti-d meds twice last night by mistake - woke up for the loo in the night and was falling all over the place :sigh:

Balance is a bit better today but I'm feeling really groggy and the back of my head is aching... ooops. These stupid tabs don't have the days of the week printed on the back so it's hard to keep track of them, should buy myself one of those pill organisers I guess...

Eh well, another green day for me. Pizza making with the kids (one was off yesterday so put it off until they came back). Don't think I'll bother having one, gonna make cheesy chilli wedges with leftovers from yesterday :D
