OhHHHH Now I have to many choices for the chicken, Love nandos Might have a search for the other one too, as not sure if hubby will get me to supermarket in time, but can always get one and have it in ready for next time Thank you xxx

I have only had halloum once it was in some salad from waitrose when we had lunch there.

Oh bless you, its horrible when you are stumbling in the middle of the night, and feel all disorientated i often wake hubby up by bashing into things -Normally catching my little toe on the door, have fell over the stair gate once to, and the bloddy cats tripped me up! Its horrible the next day when you are almost in a hung over state. Hubby gives me my tablets I have taken the wrong ones at the wrong time and to many as well

It was like I was really drunk (which I've only ever been about three times in my life), scary

Done pizzas with kids, one gobbled it all up, one ate half and they've got leftovers for their parents so relatively successful and got lots of pics for their early years folders, good childminder I had a tiny bite to check the pizza sauce was okay (just mixed ketchup, tomato puree and italian herbs), negligible/half a syn, and that was enough. I was too busy enjoying my own supertasty Sw lunch:

Stuck here another night, one parent 'forgot her purse' Supposed to be coming tomorrow to pay me.

Ah wells, tbh I don't think I'll have much trouble sleeping tonight as I'm still feeling bleh from the double dose of mirtz. I'm sorted for SW food too since I bought a few things when I went shopping yesterday. Puts my WI back until Saturday morning too

She forgot her purse but still managed to give me £40 of the £230 she owes us (some of it is arrears she owes my mum)... Cheeky innit?

I'll be back on friday WI's next week, I'll lose a day of fatbusting for the next WI but I'm back at my circuit classes from monday so that should make up for it

Up now, the waiting in and twiddling my thumbs has commenced *rolls eyes*

The circuit classes are pretty good, got access to them via an nhs activity referral scheme so it's only £1 per session. It's all older people so it doesn't feel too threatening. I tend to get there early though (worry about being late or wLking into a crowded room) and get a bit anxious waiting to start as I find small talk difficult in person, either I don't talk at all or can't shup up heh.

Mm, think I'm on green again and eatinv yesterday's leftovers. Get back to cooking new things at the weekend. It's quite a nice warm day in Manc, would be nice to go for a walk but I'm stuck in, grrr!

Food diary for Thursday (GREEN Day 28)

B: Cranberry light (1.5). Baked beans & scrambled eggs on toast (hexb).

L: Cheesy chilli potato wedges.






D: sticky bbq quorn fillets, supernoodles & veg.
Mini milk (1.5 syns).






S: Apple, danone danio raspberry (2.5 syns), hifi bar (hexb), almond latte (hexa), melon, peanut butter ice cream cone (11 syns).

Aw that sounds good hun, the gym where I am thinking about going is full of retired people, not the one thats brand new with music blaring out-Couldnt cope with that!

What do you plan cooking at the weekend, weathers not supposed to be nice here so bbq on hold for us. I am doing meatballs for tea just found it on here

I'm probably going to have a trawl through minis and the sw site today for recipes and will be going shopping again tomorrow for ingredients. Not had curry for ages so might do a 'fakeaway ' for saturday night

Sounds like a plan hun, i love currt, there was a curry somewhere on here, where it was like wagamams where the chicken breast ( in breadcrumbs from HEb) sits on top of the sauce and rice, but i cant find it, i need to start book marking these pages i find, to be able to find them again. xxx

Ahhh this is it Chicken katsu curry - Recipes - Slimming World could i used my nible bread as breadcrums as a (HEb) would have to syn the rice or could do cauliflower rice-I think it looks yummy...and yes I have saved the page this time haha. xxx

I've not tried cauliflower rice yet, though think with katsu I'd want proper japanese rice so will do it on EE and possibly syn the breadcrumbs. Look forward to pictures, I'll be trying to make it look as much like the wagama version as poss

Grrr Hope they turn up soon hun.

Will try and take some photos too, have been but my phone ( samsung galaxy mini 3) wont just upload them to the site, i have to upload them to the computer to upload on her which is a lot of faffing about! Stupid phone!

I am finding I LOVE cooking again, before as part of the depression I just couldn't be bothered would sling sausages, waffles and beans/peas in now although it is more effort... but i am enjoying it. I know its only small steps, but it all makes up the bigger picture

Enjoy lunch, Off to take little man to settle in nursery-argh, he crys they have been fab we are on his 10 th settling session, where I worked we only did 3) then mammoth clean of the conservatory ( I hate cleaning in there with the zillion spiders that make it there home!) the insulation guys made holes in the wall amd there is brick dust all one side, little man escaped in there yesterday and i chucked his socks they were orange!

She didn't turn up, more excuses via text Oh well, at least I'm home now.

Really know what you mean about enjoying cooking again I'm exactly the same. I'm getting pestered by dominos and pizza hut via text every week as I'd end up scoffing a big order from one of them at least once a week before :sigh:

How'd the little man get on at nursery?

I'm not too bad with spiders. Now mice, that's a completely different story *shudders* evil little barstewards!
