LoChan's diary - hello!

pity about the solero, I had an exotic one a week or so ago and was pleasantly surprised at the syns think it was only 5.5 or something like that?

I have used lolly moulds to make some free lolly's with no added sugar squash, they are not exactly luxury but pleasant in the heat, and a good way to have some extra fluids.

Food diary for Sunday (EE Day 38)

Pondering whether to have a highlights hot choc, 8 hour eating window closes soon, 15 minutes and counting lol

Keeping up my water target of minimum 1.5-2ltrs a day which seems to help suppress nibbly feelings and my brain feels more awake for it too so it's doing good it seems :)

Day 9 of the squat challenge completed = 100! Getting a little bit tougher now but having the right music to exercise to makes such a difference. I'm currently favouring a mix a david guetta tracks, bloodhound gang and black eyed peas :D

The multipack soleros are only 90cals = 4.5 syns each :)

I keep meaning to buy some lolly molds, got loads of SW mags with recipes to try. It might be a good excuse to visit Lakeland soon. I do need to buy a potato ricer too so it would be a very necessary spree, honest :D

you could just use plastic cups and lolly sticks, the sticks wouldn't sit vertical but would still freeze in place at an angle.

I could do with a garlic crusher......

I can count on you for the thrifty tips ;) lol

Food looks YUMMMMMM!! xxx

Being sensible and having some fish today but playing it safe with a cod fillet, no eyes or tails or bones to deal with :)

Properly shattered after circuit class, an hour or so of walking plus 105 squats for the challenge and it's still around 25C in Manchester... feel like I'm melting away lol

My right knee did twinge a little bit today with doing the squats after the circuit class - was careful though and did the squats in sets, don't need dodgy knees aswell as dodgy heels

If I tried to squat my knees would just give in swiftly followed by my hips! My knees crack constantly. Hats off to ya lady, you are hardcore with the exercise! Xx

My hips go clickety clack when I have to do knee ups in circuit class so some bits of me are worse than others lol

Food diary for Monday (EE Day 39)

B: Leftover cherry cinnamon rice pudding (3.5 syns) with banana.

L: Subway roast beef sandwich (hexb + 6.5 syns) & fruit bag.

D: Pan 'fried' cod, aloo gobi, salad, lime pickle (1.5 syns), mango chutney (1.5 syns).

It seems my brain has decided I'm doing a full week on EE. I might try out the different weeks experiments I did a couple of years ago, I can't remember how it went anymore so might aswell give it another go.

Hit my 2 litre water target today, it's probably helping to clock more Body Magic up with the extra ups and downs going to the loo :D

Mn I didn't have any strawberries in but I'm definitely going to try those, maybe with milkybar too :D

On my way to work now, mini NSV - seatbealts in the back of taxis are getting a lot easier to get into the clip, I'm shrinking yay!

NOM NOM freddo and strawbs!!!! xxx

Hi LoChan, I thought I'd drop by and see your diary. :wavey:

Reading through you're way more adventurous than me with food, unlike mine, which is very 'samey', it's very interesting to read, I'm hoping some of your variety might rub off on me! :D

Raspberries with chocolate might be the first new thing I try. xxxx

Your food looks so amazing, I am going to look through your recipes now for some ideas for next week, I feel you are close to getting below that stone marker xxxx

Oh and toast things, not delicious really I just can't think of how else to describe them, it's like melba toast only much thicker and in the shape of a very small slice of bread, 30 cals eat and a good bread substitute for those of us who live in countries where bread is ultra rank!
