Thanks for the lovely comments everyone. Finally made it through the 5st barrier now. Took this pic a couple of days ago, such a difference from how I looked 13 months ago!

Just popping in with another pic as 5st 9lbs is now gone forever! Just got into the 'obese' BMI for the first time in over 7 years!! So nice to be out of those 40's! Joined the gym this weekend and this was me before my first workout session. Definitely feeling the ache today after my first kettlebells class!

I got my 6 stone award today and I feel absolutely over the moon!! The gym is going great and I've nearly completed week 1 of the couch to 5k running programme, doing my last session later. If anyone would have said to me a year ago that I'd be running I'd have laughed and not believed a word. It really is amazing how my confidence and fitness has grown during this weight loss journey. I did another comparison pic the other day and the difference from before is quite scary!!
