Ouch! Migraines are horrible & you just don't know how long it's going to last. Did you take something for it? I take the nurofen migraine tablets. Glad you are feeling somewhat better.

Just take paracetamol plus, other things don't seem to help. It can stave off an attack or keep it manageable but not this time... stupid to try & paint really. Sad, because had just been in garden in the sun and was feeling really positive... then splat! Feel much better but will take it easy today. A hot choc looming...

Thanks Katy, I have alot to learn, perhaps the scenic route may help though when others struggle.

Hadn't thought, CD is probably a part of it... paint fumes & TOTM are a bigger part though. Classic migraine triggers for me, should have known. Still a bit woozy but better than last night...

Yesterday was more of an 810 alas, migraine kept making me feel faint... have been rubbish this week. And woken up with a stinky cold, which has NOT impressed me. One shake down... will see how today goes!

Am still trying to fight it off with echinacea, not sure who is winning! I am going to start SS properly on monday as feel very under the weather... but am eating much less which is progress. I have no patience at all for being ill, especially for colds!

Thanks Wales & Jess... yes, sun is finally here! No parasols needed but one wash dry already and more in the process, & later will go and do some tidying in garden. Still feel a bit rubbish so taking it slowly. Hugs to all for a fab weekend...
