Hi hun, i love going shopping, i tend to agree with everyone else, linen trousers/3/4lengths etc and vest tops etc. Hope you enjoy your trip, barcelona is fabby. Your eating plan looks good for the day x
 
Afternoon peeps....

Saturday - Trafford Centre Day!
B: Mullerlight
L: Fruit salad and diet coke
S: Baked beans
D: Large chicken kebab (2B's) and syns

Sunday - Working
B: Mullerlight yogurt
S: Banana
L: Salad
D: Potato wedges, poached eggs and beans

Hmmm, I've been keeping my syns down as low as possible, but also seem to have stopped eating my B's?!!

I'm off to plan my weeks menus now. Hope everyone has had a lovely weekend. xx
 
hey you, well done for cutting down on syns, hopefully will increase your weightloss and in turn boost your confidence and determination for the diet! Ive had a good weekend thanks, going to aquafit later!! x
 
Spending loads of money is so easily done when it comes to clothes :D

Boo hoo - I don't know how put I put 1lb on??! I've been soooo good aswell.

Oh fuff it, I'll blooming show those scales next week!

Hiya hun how are you?? Sorry you put on 1Lb but hey thats in the past now all finished with. You start a fresh from now you know you can do it, hold oyur head up high and show that weight who is boss. Good luck for this next week xx

You have been eating differently so maybe a big loss next week? sometimes our bodies act in a strange way when we change what we're doing.

Or as Claire says maybe your body needs the syns?

Hmm, I went down to about 2 syns a day?? Oh well, I don't need telling twice, I'm uping them to 10 now.....

B: Porridge and banana (1B)
L: Jacket potato and baked beans
S: hifi bar and banana (1B)
S: cold hard boiled egg
D: Wholemeal pasta with roast peppers, cherry tomatoes and cheese (1A)
S: 2 jaffa cakes (?? syns)
 
As I'm wanting a big loss this week I'm going to plan tomorrow...

B: Muller light and coffee
L: Pasta salad (left overs) and hifi bar 1B
D: Jacket potato with onions, bacon and cheese (1A & 1B)

Just 2 Syns per day for a week? Geez no wonder you gained! Your body will have panicked and stored all you ate! Enjoy your extra Syns this week, you will be rewarded for it

Sorry to see your a bit fed up with your gain. Dont worry if you eat your syns till week you with have a great result.

It just feels like I can't do right for doing wrong, I cut right down on syns but still gain?? Grrr.

Anyway.... I know I've already written today's food diary but it's changed from what I planned....starting with a REALLY random breakfast..

B: Left over pasta!!!
S: Mullerlight yogurt
L: JP and beans
S: 2 jaffa cakes (6 syns)
D: Vegetable chilli, rice and salad cream (2 syns)

Really struggling with my B's aswell at the moment, I know I'm wanting to be in "the zone" but I'm restricting myself too much as I want it so badly.... therefore in a week I'll flip out and come off plan again as I'm being too strict...

well maybe dont be so strict then if you can see it having a negative effect on next week. I know its a vicous (sp) circle and no one ever said dieting was easy, you just need to find a happy medium thats all xxx
