Hello lovely, I'm good thanks. Just finished my 7 day shift at lunch time and I'm shattered!!!

Haven't got much planned for this afternoon really, plus the weather is rubbish :-(, you've inspired me to paint my nails though - oh and saying that, I may go and dye my hair too!

L: Meatballs and sauce
S: Grapes
D: Steak and jacket potato (1B) with vegetables

Hello everyone - I didn't dye my hair in the end but painted my nails hot pink! Hehe.

I've just got back from parents where I had roast beef and the works, hopefully I'll be ok though as I've accounted for the syns.... it was sooooo nice!! Yum.

Weigh in is tomorrow morning (do a morning one every 3 weeks because of my shifts) normally I'm monday evening.

Eeek. Wish me luck, or the scales will be flying out of the village hall window!! xxx

Thanks everyone, just got back now and I've lost 2.5lbs... woo!! I know I'll have to work extra hard this work though, as if I go to the 10am WI I've not eaten or drank anything, so am technically lighter than I would be at 6pm...if you kwim?

Anyway, green day for me today, but am going to try and do lots of red this week if I can.

B: Coffee and yogurt
S: Slice of syn free quiche
L: Morrisons salad box with jacket potato (1A and 1B)
D: Potato wedges and baked beans and poached egg
S: Mini twirl

well done hunny bunny thats fab. Its strange i weight the same in the morning as i do when i go to my wi in the evning.
Im just a strange person!!

Normally i would eat loads. on a wi day i never used to eat only my breakfast but now i have some fruit and a mug shot!
