Great to hear you sounding so positive Lou ~ go you!
Your menu looks great ~ I'm beginning to enjoy red days now, I definately feel less bloated but they do tend to be a bit more expensive! Still when you do a mixture I guess it sorta evens out. Good luck anyhow hun xx

Ohh I don't, but having another one tomorrow!!
Today:
B: Mullerlight and banana
S: Wine gum (1 syn)
L: Salad
S: Curlywurly (6 syns)
S: Fruit salad
D: Mashed potato mountain with bacon, cheese and sweetcorn (1B and 1A)
Hope everyone has had a good day, I can't wait for my bed tonight, I'm fuffed. Normally a team of 3 of us in my unit, but I'm the only one in this week as other 2 on hol, eek.
Also - bought tesco value frozen fruit salad a few weeks ago, defrosted it over night and OMG it's lush, really nice and soooo easy and cheap, was only 99p ish, and full of grapes, melon, orange, pineapple.
Great for breakfasts etc, but takes 24 hours to defrost! xx

S: Banana
L: Lettuce, peppers and cucumber and mullerlight
S: Hifi bar (1B)
D: Meatballs in tomato sauce with green beans, yellow peppers and cherry tomatoes with wholemeal pasta (1B)
S: 2 biscuits (4 syns)
I'm soooo in the zone at the moment, I just hope I can stay there through the BH weekend.
Red day tomorrow too....... going out for a meal with OH tomorrow night, so going to have a streak and salad (and steal a couple of his chips). Then it's OH's mum's birthday on Sunday so we're going out for ANOTHER meal.. Eeek.

L: Lettuce, cucumber and peppers and yogurt
S: 2 hard boiled eggs and handful of green beans
D: Hopefully schezuan beef from chinese, but not sure....
