Lou's Diary - onwards and inwards!

don't beat yourself up lou and don't focus on all the negatives. ok you may not be the size you want to be right now but if you look back to just a few months ago you were almost a stone and a half heavier and very unfit. if you carry on as you are you might have shed 2 or 3 stone by the end of the summer ;)

now you're eating lovely healthy foods, which is not only good for your weight but also your overall health. and you've been excercising like a good un! get back on the bike and give yourself a little boost :)

Thanks everyone, I feel much better today, not sure what went wrong yesterday. I've been and bought a new swimming costume - ARRGH, although the is logic to it...

I enjoy cycling but getting bored of it, therefore I'm going to start swimming too, I may even join an aqua aerobics type class, I'm feeling really enthusiastic so need to book it now or I'll back out.

Thanks again girls for all you support xxx

Helloooooo, had just sat down, with brew to watch BGT before... when I had a massive urge to do some exercise !!

So, exercise Lou is offically back, I thought I'd lost her for a while, I went out and loved it more than ever. 50 mile challege for June as on holiday and want to go to aqua aerobics too.

Yippeeee xxx

Food diary for tomorrow;

B: Baked beans and scrambled eggs
L: Pasta n' sauce (at bf's)
S: Apple
D: BF is cooking rissotto but it'll have chorizo and chicken in so gonna allow 10 syns and 2Bs?

Exercise Lou is rampant - I've just completed a 7.5 mile bike ride.... and...dum, dum, dum... have just planned my route for a 10 mile one!!

Not sure if I'm allowed to post a link to website, but this one is brilliant, it lets you work out exactly how far your route is etc.

Running Routes - WalkJogRun

Anyway... ok weekend food wise, but I had an icecream yesterday (only one scoop and didn't eat cone, plus had 2 hash browns today with my veggi breakfast, so not angelic, but ok).

Thanks losingme, have you had a nice weekend? You're so lucky living in Cornwall. Karen - I honestly 100% use to hate exercise, now I can't get enough, come and find 'exercise Karen', let me know how the yoga class goes, I think I'd be too scared of trumping!! xxx

Awww bummer - I think I've knackered my knee, I crouched right right down this morning when I was looking for something under bed.... anyway, I felt it kind of "twang" at the time and it really hurt for about 5 minutes, but was ok for the rest of the day - then I go and cycle 7.5 miles and can now barely walk on it.

Help!! xx

Hello Lou, just discovered your diary! You need to add your stone sticker so we can all see how brilliantly you are doing!! And cycling 70 miles is pretty darn good too :)

Sorry to hear that you are feeling poorly but sometimes soup is the nicest thing to eat when you feel like poo, so it doesn't have to affect your weight loss.

Anyhow, keep cheerful and doing the fab eating plans you are so good at and you will be at target in no time! :)

Thanks prawnchopsuey, I think my stone sticker should be on my siggy... if not somebody has stole it. Hehe.

Well girlys..... I, Louise24, have today took my sorry fat bum - SWIMMING!! I'm so proud of myself, I (like most others) hate the thought of myself in a swimming costume, but I went, ON MY OWN, and I did 40 lengths.

I came out exhausted and starving hungry, I now ache all over but it's worth it, who'd have thought it would make my stomach muscles ache so much?

Sorry if I'm being gushy, I just get over excited when I've done exercise. xxxx
