Thanks both. I think exercise helps for 2 reasons - 1) it gets me out the house when i finish work at 2pm, therefore don't get bored and eat and 2) it does help with weight loss, but it took a while to show results on scales.
Also - an added bonus, I feel fantastic after I've been out and really pushed myself, I'm buzzing when I come home. A month ago the most exercise I did was walk to fridge and back!
Well done. I went to the garage at the weekend and found my bike without its two wheels on!!! My bro had stolen them for his bike which is too high for me to get on!
